With the high-speed development of the national economy in our countryand the acceleration of urbanization level, the number of the vehicle increases atvery fast speed. Because of the serious lack of the parking spaces, especially inresidential districts, the phenomenon of parking confusedly is very common. Thiscauses the confusion of the traffic indirectly, destroys the dwelling environmentand the city image. At present, plane parking spaces are usually adopted in mostof our cities. The floor area of this kind of parking spaces is large, the equipmentsare complex, the availability parking spaces are few, and the insurance forpersonnel and the vehicle is not good.The space utilization ratio of tridimensional garage is very high and the floorspace of it is about 1/15 to 1/25 of the plane parking space. This economizes landresources and civil development cost in the long terms. It can realize automatedoperation and convenient use. The development cost of it is much less than one ofplane parking space. It equips automatic checkout system, many securitymechanisms, automatic alarm system, fire-extinguishing system and otherprotective measures, so it is very safe and reliable. Also it can adjust measures tolocal conditions and use fragmentary space. Equipping with handsome figuration,it can beautify city environment.In this dissertation, after analysing specific characteristics of many kinds oftridimensional garage, combining with specific environment complexions of theresidential districts, vertical circular tridimensional garage is chosen to be thesubject investigated. The holistic project is advanced and confirmed. The holisticarchitecture of the garage is composed with mechanism system and automaticcontrol system. The holistic dimension is established. The building materials arechosen. The main components of commutating mechanism are determined, chosenand designed separately. The modeling and emulation of velocity curves ofcompartment is processed. The main components of lifting mechanism aredetermined, chosen, designed and checked separately. The toll pattern and themanaging method of the automatic toll-system are established. The componentsand functions of the automatic depositing system are designed. The specific functions of monitor safety system are determined. The flow and the managementof the vehicle are determined. The functions of management software andhardware configuration of the managing system are designed. The model ofaccess flow is founded. The emulation of accessing policy is processed. Thedevelopment of the vertical circular tridimensional garage enriches constructionpattern of parking spaces in residential districts, has definite society significance.
