This paper proposed a control intelligent control system adopting STM32 to solve the problems in the current garage control system point at low degree of automation of vertical rotation garage control system,parking tolls is inconvenient and other issues.First,the article analyzed the research status of domestic and international of mechanical garages,determined the research object is a vertical rotation mechanical garage,it is known that the single chip microcomputer has strong performance in intelligent control through researched and analysised,the control system adopts STM32.Secondly,the paper innovated and improved parking payment methods,analysised the principle of matrix keyboard keys and utilized ZLG logic analyzer to collect and analyze the output waveforms of KSO-KS5 of TM 1721 chip,then STM32 analog waveform was used to realize the function of STM32 controlling and entering the payment amount into the QR code payment terminal,realized the safe and convenient payment method,the garage control system can driving scan the user’s payment QR code.Thirdly,the article established and analyzed the overall plan of the garage control system,choosed the right hardware,designed and analyze the overall operation flow chart of STM32,and ompleted the STM32 programing.Finally,the paper analysised functional requirements of STM32,designed and analyzed the operation flow chart of the monitoring system.The garage monitoring system software was written in C#language,the article designed user interface and administrator interface,realized the garage control system automatic and manual control modes,and realized the function that the control system automatically adjusts the position of the empty vehicle board.The research of the paper shows that the control system adopts STM32 to improve the operation efficiency and stability of the control system,and it is easy to realize the intelligent control of garage.The parking toll collection method and control strategy researched by the thesis can provide a reference for the development of garage control system,it has a certain practical application value.Figure 66 table 5 reference 41.
