More and more serious parking problems,cities have begun to space parking space,mechanical stereo parking equipment is a good way to solve this problem.At present,there are more than ten kinds of common mechanical garages in China,among which the vertical circulation stereo garages with small area and large capacity are the garages that enterprises are keen to study and produce in recent years.In this paper a six-story ten parking handling device for vertical circulation parking equipment is designed,on the basis of the traditional clamping tired handling the car to improve the study design a new type of clamping handling car.The rear wheel of a parked car is generally locked,so the traditional clamping wheel lifting board is easy to cause damage to the tire and machine.Therefore,the design is improved:first,the shape of clamping plate is improved into ladder form;Second,after considering the stiffness decrease the number of slope pulley,use small pulley around interval increase;Three minimize slope wheel show highly realize ultra-thin,request lift plate thickness within 100 mm;Fourth,to reduce the slope and drag,the lead screw will be stuck when the tire reaches the proper position to prevent skidding.The improved design of support frustum of a cone and raise the trapezoidal clamping plate handling car structure of two parts.The key parts parameters are calculated.Draw the key parts diagram and 3d modeling;Based on the static analysis of finite element,the components are confirmed to meet the requirements of working strength.Based on ADAMS dynamics analysis and simulation to determine that the mechanical vehicle can meet the design requirements;The key gear and trapezoidal splint are optimized to ensure their key performance.Finally,the PLC control scheme of handling trolley control demand is put forward.The whole design structure is simple,can improve the stability and efficiency of the vehicle in and out of storage,can meet the design requirements. |
