In recent years,with the number of car increasing sharply,the parking problem becomes an urgent problem to be solved.So the intelligent tridimensional garage comes into people's sight.Because the intelligent tridimensional garage only need small area and the time of takingout and placing-in of cars is very short,it has a wide developing future.The stacker is one of the most important handling equipment in intelligent tridimensional garage,its performance has a direct influence on the total performance of intelligent tridimensional garage.The stacker what this paper research comes from a real intelligent tridimensional garage project.First,we design the structure of the stacker according to the function which the stacker must have after analysing the overall programme of the garage.The stacker three-dimensional model is built in Solidworks by parametric modeling method to improve the extensibility of the stacker.Because the frame is the most important bearing component of the stacker,it is necessary to study the modal,deformation and mass of the frame and optimize the frame structure.After analyzing the parameter sensitives of the frame deformation and mass,we find that the length of the front frame section,the centre distance between the front frame and the back frame,the thickness of the frame section are the most sensitive parameters.So we optimization the frame by multi-objectives parameters optimization.After optimization the frame deformation reduce 28.7% but the weight reduce 18.2%.At last we analyze the modal of the optimized frame and find that the modal features improve afthe contrasting with the old frame modal.Both the mechanical system and the control system influence the stacker performances,only analyzing the mechanical system is not enough and the studying on control system through the VPT of the stacker is very necessary.So we study the movement performance by electromechanical co-simulation of the virtual prototyping of the stacker after the stackre model is built in ADAMS.We design the control plan of the stacker and draw the principle diagram of control system.In order to make the process of taking-out and placing-in of cars becomes more quickly,accurately and safely,we design a control plan and adjust the PID parameter by Ziegler-Nichols method,it provides a reference for control system and site commissioning.
