With the gradual increase in the number of cars per capita,the number of parking spaces in short supply,the establishment of three-dimensional garage is of great significance.In order to better improve the urbanization development strategy and build a modern infrastructure system,the development of intelligent three-dimensional parking equipment to meet the needs of today’s social technology development,can effectively save ground space,shorten user access time and alleviate the shortage of parking spaces during peak periods.The vertical circulation garage has the advantages of small footprint,large storage capacity and easy installation,so the vertical circulation garage is chosen as the research object.In this paper,the intelligent measurement and control system of vertical cycle garage is carried out to realize the functions of automatic garage charging,parking space number identification and safety protection monitoring.Combined with the intelligent control technology,the subject first built the hardware framework of the garage measurement and control system.Then the lower computer program of the garage measurement and control system was written using LabVIEW for FPGA graphical programming language software.For the automatic recognition of parking space number,the measurement and control system uses RFID reader and electronic tag to realize the recognition of different parking space numbers.For safety protection monitoring,the garage door opening and closing is controlled by geomagnetic sensors,and photoelectric sensors are used to judge whether the vehicle body at the bottom of the garage has crossed the boundary and to monitor the safety environment in the garage.The proximity switch is used to count the number of vehicle plates passing through the bottom of the garage.For automatic charging,the user sweep code payment method is used,and the FPGA simulates the keypad key signal input to the sweep code terminal for automatic charging of parking fees.The command data from the upper computer of the monitoring layer is converted into serial data by UDP communication protocol through serial to Ethernet module by the network cable and received and processed by the FPGA of the control layer,which in turn controls the garage hardware of the execution layer to realize the corresponding functions.The garage host software program is written in C#based on Visual Studio environment,and the program generates a general user interface and a garage administrator interface.The general user interface contains the pickup button and the corresponding storage picture,while the garage manager interface contains the corresponding storage button and picture,as well as the garage forward once,reverse once,and initialize buttons,which enable the garage to resume adjusting the position of the load board in case of unexpected power failure.A mobile APP was developed based on App Inventor web online development platform,and the communication program between the mobile software and the garage core controller FPGA was designed to allow real-time viewing of the number of cars stored and parking time using the mobile APP.The communication between the lower FPGA core controller,the upper IPC,and the App Inventor client was implemented using a small local area network.Finally,a simulation experiment platform of garage intelligent measurement and control system is built,and the designed garage measurement and control system is tested in modules.The experimental results show that the use of FPGA as the core controller of the garage can improve the safety,stability and operation efficiency of the garage,meet the actual use requirements,and have some reference significance for the subsequent development of the garage measurement and control system.
