Based on its own spatial characteristics and automation control,the three-dimensional garage can be combined with the ground parking station and underground garage to effectively solve the parking problem.There are still some deficiencies in the control equipment of the three-dimensional garage in China.Many enterprises do not meet the requirements in terms of production scale and lack the support of scientific research and innovation.Therefore,the research and design of three-dimensional garage with cost advantages and automation control advantages is of great significance for the development of three-dimensional garage and the solution of parking problems.This system mainly combines with the advanced control theory at present,chooses to design and research the vertical lifting stereo garage control system,and completes the design of the main motion structure of the stereo garage.Specifically,the design of the vertical lifting garage control system mainly includes the following contents:1.Make clear the overall structure and work flow of vertical lifting stereo garage,comprehensively check the influence of various factors,and complete the overall structure design of vertical lifting stereo garage.This paper mainly chooses elevator-type stereo garage,designs an elevator-type stereo garage with 8 layers and15 parking spaces.The layout of elevator-type stereo garage is relatively simple,and the advantages of small area can facilitate the promotion of stereo garage.2.Complete the research and design of vertical lifting garage control system.Elevator fork is chosen as the main body of lifting mechanism in vertical lifting stereo garage,and then the lifting system and transmission components are designed.Considering the efficiency and safety of stereo car inventory,the design of this stereo garage mainly chooses the way of wire rope driving.The fork-comb structure is chosen for the transverse mechanism,the lifting mechanism and the rotating platform mechanism.PLC is selected as the main controller of the garage,and the vehicle access operation is completed by the automatic acquisition of input signals and the logical judgement of the system.In the control system of the three-dimensional garage,the upper computer mainly links the operation panel of the three-dimensional garage,card reading equipment,cash collection equipment,etc.It can input controlcommands to the three-dimensional garage through the way of monitoring software;the lower computer is PLC,which is responsible for connecting and executing components.3.Complete the software and hardware design of vertical lifting stereo garage.In terms of hardware,Siemens 300 series PLC is selected.In the CPU of S7-300 PLC,CPU 315-2DP is selected.The traction motor's power is 11 KW,the transverse motor's driving power is 1.5 KW,and the rotary table's driving motor's power is 2.5KW.The communication between the upper computer and the lower computer is carried out by MPI.The communication between the lower computer and the frequency converter and between the lower computer and the encoder is carried out by PROFIBUS.In the aspect of software,the software design of PC monitoring system is carried out,and WINCC configuration software is selected in the aspect of PC monitoring.The simulation results show that the PLC program can effectively cooperate with the instructions of the control interface,the upper computer monitoring interface can correctly display the real-time state of the three-dimensional garage,and the vertical lifting control system of the three-dimensional garage runs normally,with strong stability and reliability.
