| With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid growth of the national economy,the number of cars is increasing.However,as the number of cars has increased,the problem of parking difficulties has gradually emerged.As the land resources of the first and second tier cities cannot be used for the construction of parking lots,the parking method needs to be changed from simple flat parking to efficient space parking.This is the most effective way to fundamentally solve the problem of urban parking difficulties.Effective way.As an efficient parking facility,it is inevitable that cars will hit the garage during use.At present,the dynamic response data of the stereo garage under the impact of my country is very scarce,and the anti-impact design criteria and design requirements of the stereo garage are not clear.In view of the above situation,the research on the dynamic response of the steel structure three-dimensional garage under the impact of the automobile is of great significance for the design of the steel structure three-dimensional garage and the safety assessment after the impact.This paper uses the horizontal impact system to study the impact resistance of the steel structure stereo garage,and uses the ABAQUS/Explicit module and multi-scale modeling method to simulate the whole process of the stereo garage under rigid and flexible shocks.It is a stereo garage.The impact resistance of the structure provides a correct and reliable scientific basis.This article mainly carried out the following research work:(1)The horizontal impact test of the three-dimensional garage was completed in 10 working conditions,and the impact position,the upper vehicle load coupling,the impact speed,the damage form under different damage levels,the impact force time history curve,and the impact point displacement time history were studied.Dynamic response of curve and section steel strain time history curve.(2)By establishing the displacement increment constraint equation and the interface constraint equation of the 8-node hexahedral element of the solid element,the connection between the macro element and the micro element is realized.Through the comparison between multi-scale modeling and refined modeling,the correctness of multi-scale modeling is verified.(3)Through the ABAQUS/Explicit module to establish the analysis model of the test piece in the test,analyze the damage form of the entire three-dimensional garage structure during the impact process,the dynamic response of the impact force time history curve and the impact point time history curve,and verify the proposal of this paper.The reliability of the model method.(4)The equivalent automobile steel frame model is used to numerically model the horizontal flexible impact of the steel structure three-dimensional garage.At the same time,the impact of different parameters on the damage form and dynamic response of the stereo garage under horizontal flexible impact is studied.The parameters mainly include: impact speed,upper vehicle load,impact quality,and damage degree of the stereo garage.The research results provide a reference for understanding the dynamic performance of the three-dimensional garage under flexible impact. |
