The invention of mechanical garage provides an effective method to solve the parking problem.With the rapid growth of car ownership,parking lot is lacking seriously,so that there are many vehicles parked randomly,especially parked on both sides of the road,which not only affects the other vehicles,but also leads to the serious traffic accidents.In China,most of the parking lot is ground,so there are many problems to be solved,such as the number of parking lot is limited,the utilization rate of land is not high,and parking is not convenient.The invention of Mechanical garage can solve the above problems effectively,the main advantages of mechanical garage are the utilization rate of land is high,vehicle is convenient to access and the high security.The type of mechanical garage selected as the object of study in this paper is vertical circular mechanical garage which has the advantages of the high utilization rate of land,convenient parking and flexible layout(which not only can be used alone,but also in groups)and so on.Through the investigation on the vertical circular garage,the structure and power are further analyzed and designed,ensuring the reliability of the structure,the main content of the paper includes the design of strainer,which solves the problem of the increase of the center distance because of the wear of the chain or the sprocket and the different temperature between winter and summer;the design of the steel structure and chain transmission,to ensure that the quantity of the steel is smallest in the premise of meeting strength,stiffness and stability,the wind resistance and the seismic resistance are also analyzed;the design of energy-saving power system which is motor drive in this type of garage now and has the disadvantages of large power,the improvement ensure the minimum floor area of the garage and cost.Well in this paper the hydraulic drive is selected,through the recovery and usage of energy in the braking process and shutdown process,improving the utilization of energy effectively,thereby reducing the power of the drive motor.In addition,the deficiencies in the design of this paper are summarized,and the existing problems of vertical circulating parking garage are analyzed.
