And affected by the2011Japan’s Fukushima nuclear power for examinationand approval of new projects in China once stagnant state, until October2012, thestanding committee of state council to discuss again through the\"nuclear safety plan(2011-2020)\",\"the long-term nuclear power development planning (2011-2020)\",barriers to entry to improve nuclear power construction, new nuclear units mustcomply with the three generations of safety standards. As a clean and efficient nuclearpower once again become the focus of the development of China’s energy sector,AP1000nuclear power project and by its technology and the derivatives of inlandnuclear power station has entered the new stage of rapid development. Designmanagement as an important content of project management, the construction ofnuclear power project quality and efficiency as well as the importance of nuclearsafety, study about to optimize the design of the nuclear power project management athome and abroad are also increasingly rich.In this paper, with theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, chart analysismethod and the research methods of combining with special connecting mode of PZdesign of nuclear power project management as the main research targets, this paperbriefly introduces the relevant theories of project management, management mode ofthe present stage of nuclear power project construction at home and abroad designconsolidated list and comparative analysis. Then latest three generations of nuclearpower in China-depending on the technology of AP1000nuclear power project andthe first domestic inland nuclear power projects, PZ nuclear power project, the articlebriefly expounds the inner link of and their respective design management currentsituation and existing problems are analyzed. And on the basis of the research andanalysis, in view of the present PZ nuclear power project management present situation, problems and analysis, proposed to build new project design managementsystem, introducing new methods and measures for the management of the projectdesign, gives the exploration of PZ nuclear power project design management and thesuggestion.This article has carried on the research and discussion on these problems, basedon the related parties in the process of design management roles and positioninganalysis, to establish a smooth and efficient communication channels, form thefeatures of owners square design management as the core management, the projectowners should play the role of management function and truly; Analyze the PZnuclear power project design management emphasis and difficulties, puts forwardconcrete and effective management measure and the suggestion, to explore suitablefor PZ nuclear power project management measures and methods. And hope for thefuture similar domestic nuclear power engineering construction to provide somevaluable experience and ideas for reference.
