With the higher requirements put forward for the development of ecological economy at home and abroad,for power companies,nuclear power has become an important way of power production.The "13th Five-Year Plan" nuclear power plan issued by the State Council has proposed that China should make the nuclear power unit put into operation more than 50 million kilowatts,and gradually expand the number of nuclear power reactors in China.However,in the process of launching nuclear power projects,there are many projects involved.How to manage them in a unified manner and ensure their smooth completion has become a topic of great concern to the Chinese government.Therefore,for the construction of nuclear power projects in China,it is necessary to pay attention to the use of scientific and rational management mode,explore the project management plan under the multi-project and multi-base research and development,and realize the information exchange,sharing,communication and effective resource allocation among multiple projects.Based on the analysis of China's nuclear power single project management experience,this study takes C company nuclear power construction project as the research object,based on the multi-project management theory as the theoretical basis,and analyzes the problems of C company in managing nuclear power construction multi-project engineering.To lay the foundation for building a multi-project management model for targeted nuclear power construction.In view of the operational characteristics of C company's nuclear power construction multi-project,the overall framework of nuclear power construction multi-project management was designed,and the focus was on the design of organizational structure design and implementation process.Finally,by constructing the project implementation evaluation system,the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index,and the gray comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the multi-project management mode of nuclear power construction.The evaluation results show that the multi-project management model for nuclear power construction designed by Company C failed to achieve the expected management objectives and needs to be further optimized.Finally,the paper gives three specific optimization suggestions,namely,the establishment of multi-project management implementation agencies for nuclear power construction,the strengthening of exchanges and experience feedback between projects,and the consolidation of the tracking audit system.This paper builds a multi-project management model and analysis of nuclear power construction and construction of C company,further finds out the shortcomings of multi-project management,and puts forward some targeted suggestions.This has a strong reference for the management of other nuclear power construction multi-projects.
