Nuclear energy development and use are among the most outstanding scientific and technological achievements of the 20 th century.In the use of nuclear energy,nuclear power has developed rapidly and has been recognized as a safe,economical,reliable and clean energy source.In order to upgrade China's nuclear power technology level,accelerate the pace of nuclear power construction,meet energy development requirements,ease resources and environmental pressure,it decided to fully introduce AP1000 nuclear power technology and start construction of two independent projects in Zhejiang Sanmen and Shandong Haiyang.Subsequently,AP1000 nuclear power project will start construction in China.In this development background,G Design Institute successfully signed the AP1000 nuclear power unit design project in LF area relying on its rich experience in nuclear power project design.With the continuous development of science and technology,the process of information has taken a greater step,and information management has been widely used in various industrial design fields.In addition to the "hard technology" of the Design institute,how to establish in "soft technology" and stand out from the crowd is a proposition that needs to be considered and solved.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the AP1000 nuclear power project,the design management team based on the project management theory,combined with the characteristics and experience of nuclear power project design,established a set of advanced nuclear power project management ideas,and in line with the actual business situation of the design institute,It is also the research purpose of this paper.This paper takes the AP1000 nuclear power construction project undertaken by G Design Institute as a case,and uses the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and experience summary to elaborate it in five parts.The first chapter is the research background,research significance and research content;the second chapter introduces the general situation of LF nuclear power project,the theoretical basis and management characteristics of the project design document management work;the third chapter is the theoretical basis and system construction of the design document management work.The design and business process integration and other aspects of the investigation and research,the G design institute nuclear power design collaborative management information system needs analysis.In this dimension,we focus on the project system construction,content management characteristics,design business(design progress,internal and external interface exchange),document management and function realization requirements analysis,finalize the framework planning and overall management information system through demand analysis.Design;Chapter 4,after clarifying the functional requirements of the information management system,implements the functions of each module of the project management information system,how to carry out the system effect analysis;Finally,the conclusions and prospects of this paper are presented.The construction of the nuclear power design collaborative management system can reduce the complexity of project management,improve management efficiency,ensure the quality of project design,improve the level of intensive,standardized and informationized project management,promote the refined management of nuclear power engineering designers,and enhance the core competitiveness of G design institute.The nuclear power collaborative design management system described in this paper deeply analyzes the design institute to undertake the business and management models of the AP1000 project in the LF area,and uses the full life cycle theory into the design plan to construct a specific management system.It can be applied to the same type of nuclear power unit for subsequent batch construction.It is also useful for other advanced reactor projects.
