Nuclear power is an important source of power for many countries.As a big power consumer,China's nuclear power generation accounts for 3.56%,lower than the average of 10.8%in the world.Nuclear energy,as a clean energy,is widely used in the world.Scientific application of nuclear energy can effectively promote the ecological and environmental protection of the earth,The safe and scientific use of nuclear energy cannot be separated from the construction of nuclear power projects.Because of the large investment in nuclear power construction and the fast feedback after completion,how to optimize the project schedule and complete the project on schedule is particularly important.This paper introduced the basis of project time management,presents commonly used methods of project time management such as crucial route method and method of plan review,and consider the defects of commonly used methods in the actual management and control of the project.Maps key chain management technology theories to the existing shortcomings and analyzes them.The key chain management technology optimizes the idea of resolving resource conflict constraints and setting buffers,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of key chain management technology in comparison with traditional schedule management methods.Subsequently,the nuclear power construction project sub-item construction project is introduced,and the Delphi method is used to analyze the deficiencies in the progress management of this sub-item construction project,and the key chain management technology is introduced to better solve the above deficiencies,and then construct Progress management framework of nuclear electronics construction project based on key chain management technology.On the basis of establishing a schedule framework,heuristic algorithms are used to minimize the total time difference optimization criterion to avoid project resource conflicts and to identify the key chain of the project.In terms of buffer calculation,an majorization scheme apply distinct compute formulas for different resource collisions is motioned.Then take an practical project time management for example,use the key chain management technology to compile the project schedule,analyze the project resource conflicts,resolve the resource conflicts,and set the project buffer zone,confluence buffer zone,and resource cushion zone.At last,in line with the Monte Carlo phantom theory,CB simulation software is used to implement the progress of the key chain management technology and the schedule made by traditional methods under the influence of uncertain factors.Finally,the simulation results are compared and analyzed to further verify Reliability of key chain management technology in construction project progress management.Based on the theory of project time management,this text proofs the usage of key chain management technology in nuclear power construction projects.And it is expected to optimize the project progress management method and process for power investment projects with large investment,and play a guiding role in the future progress management of power construction projects.
