Species diversity, flora diversity in Chifeng region, Inner Monggolia Research were studied systematically in this paper.More than 400 specimens were collected, and 163 species were identified. According to morphological classification, these 163 species belong to 72 genus, 40 families, 12 orders and 2 classes. Among them 158 species from 1 classes, 10 orders, 37 families, 68 genera belong to Basidiomycota; 5 species from 1 classes, 2 orders, 3 families 4 genera belong to Ascomycota. T There are 1 unknow species of Lentinellus, and 32 new species to Inner Monggolia. The diversity catalogue of these 163 species was arranged according to Dictionary of Fungi (2001, 9th), and the voucher specimens were deposited in the Herbarium of the Mycological Institute, Jilin Agricultural University (HMJAU).The result of the flora diversity study indicated that the fungi flora is very rich in the Chifeng region, Inner Monggolia. 4 families which contain more than 10 species contain 65 species, occupied 39.8% total number of Macorfungi in the Chifeng region and occupied 5.6% total family number. 8 genus which contain more than 5 species, 55 species in all, and occuped 33.7% total species number, 11.1% in the total genus number. In this 8 genus, contain 5 cosmopolitan, other 3 genus are North-temperature zone disperation. Regarding the species composition: 63 comopolitans occupied 38.6% total species number, 78 North-temperate zone species, occupied 47.8% total species number. And 5 Eastern Asia-North America species, occupied 3.1% in the total number. 5 China-Japan in common species, occupied 3.1%. 4 Eur-asian species, occupied 2.5%. 5 North temperate-Australia species, occupied 3.1%. 2 Eastern-tropical (tropical, subtropical) and tropical South America species, occupied 1.2%. and 1 new recorded undetermined specie, occupied 0.6%. All this suggests that Chifeng region display obvious temperate characteristics. The Fungi flora is very similar to that of the Daqingou.
