The Comparison Between Chinese And American Teaching Material Of Physics

The construction of teaching material is a principal content of reform on physical teaching in the new century. From the comparison between Chinese teaching material and America teaching material on fundamental physics of the engineering course,the author discuss the view on construction of teaching material on fundamental physics of the engineering course. Firstly,the paper analyze six series of new textbooks facing the twenty-one century and several representational American teaching material,then compare Chinese teaching material with America teaching material on electromagnetics and neoteric physics,exercises and examples,the instance in introducing modern educational technology. Finally,the author draws a conclusion:the construction of teaching material is a systemic project. On the base of holding the things that are affirmed by students and teachers in our teaching material,we may use American successful modus for reference. While compiling teaching material,we must make principal part with students,the tent that the teaching material serves students must be embodied .we make various ways to arise students' interests of studying physics and train students' ability of settling practical problems.
