Research On Land Resources Carrying Capacity Of Mining Economic Zone Of Hubei Province

Like other natural resources,land resources are also the basic material guarantee for the formation,life and long-term development of human society.China is in the industrialization and urbanization of the rapid development of the period,the demand for land beyond any period of history.And the world's largest population(the population is still increasing)has increased the demand for land.The gap between supply and demand of land resources is on the rise.Under the background of insufficient demand and rising demand,we need to change the original land resource utilization and management mode,and to meet the increasing social demand,we should properly handle the resources,environment,Ecological and social problems.Only in this way can we fully develop the sustainable development of society while fully developing the maximum utility of limited land resources.The mineral resources is the largest production and consumption of Hubei province.Over 90% of the total primary energy consumption in Hubei province is the energy and mineral resources,more than 80% of industrial raw materials derived from mineral resources.And predicts 2020,Hubei province most in short supply,energy and metals mineral resource guarantee level is low.Facing the increasing pressure of mineral resources,Hubei province,how to implement "development in the protection,protection in development" principle,"wealth",how to make good use of mineral resources not only depends on market resource allocation function,need the government's management and service.This requires the current mineral resources reasonable planning,to ensure the supply of mineral products safety,cracking sound and rapid economic and social development resources bottleneck constraints,and mining and minerals processing industry sustainable development.Regional planning of mineral resources,the mining economic zone is formed after the mineral area,is the important content of mineral resources planning.Mineral resource mining and smelting,the production and life,is bound to be a series of effects on the land resources,arable land decrease,land desertification,salinization,and vegetation destruction,etc.,the mining economic zone of the bearing capacity of land resources can be reasonably optimize the allocation of resources,the planning for further development of the mining area,optimizing the land spatial layout and structure,promote the advantages of mineral resources exploration,utilization and protection and promote the healthy development of the mining area economic has important reference and guiding significance.Mining economic zone to promote the rational development and utilization of land resources and protection,the construction of a conservation-minded city,strengthening the protection of ecological environment,improve the environmental quality,reasonable urban planning,coordinating regional development and so on will have certain guiding significance to the actual work.Based on the theory of sustainable development,energy economics,industry economics,low carbon economics,regional planning and regional economics theory as the support,under the background of a low carbon economy,Hubei's land bearing capacity as the research object,the integrated use of comparative,empirical,econometrics,and fuzzy evaluation method,the selected topic conducted in-depth study.Through the study,according to the requirement of the development strategy of mining area,based on the status quo,on the land bearing capacity evaluation and analysis,grasp the regional land resources for population and structure changes of support degree and the exploitation potential of land;Through research,correct understanding of the position and function of land resources in the national economy,and to determine a reasonable urban population capacity,the coordinated development of regional population,resources,environment and economy,improve the ability of sustainable development;Through study the bearing capacity of land resources,and build harmonious stable and sustainable development for the mining economic zone of the relation between Hubei province.In this dissertation,the main content includes:1.Analyzing the basic condition of the economic and social development of the Mineral economic zone resources in Hubei province.First,this paper introduces the mining economic zone division of Hubei province;Secondly,this paper introduces the specific name and scope of mining economic zone,Hubei province,for now,mainly including Ezhou-HuangShi iron-copper and gold mine,Yunying-Tianqian oil salt nitrate ore and Yichang phosphorous mining economic zone;Finally,from the mining area resources,economic and social development of three aspects of the above three introduces the basic situation of mining area in Hubei province.2.Valuing land resources bearing capacity evaluation of the Mineral economic region in Hubei province.First of all,on the basis of summarizing existing research conclusion,build the Hubei province mineral economic zone evaluation index system of land resources bearing capacity;Secondly,using the mean square deviation decision method of Hubei province three mining economic zone of the bearing capacity of land resources is evaluated,the evaluation conclusion according to the three mining economic bearing capacity of land resources in the past 10 years were improved to varying degrees;Finally,in typical mining industry for China economic zone and evaluate the bearing capacity of land resources and Hubei province three mining economic zone land resources bearing capacity are compared and found that mining area in Hubei province land resources bearing capacity overall level is not high,compared with advanced regions,or there is a big gap.3.Analyzing the factors influencing the bearing capacity of land resource in Hubei province.First,using principal component analysis(pca)of Hubei province three mining economic zone the influence factors of bearing capacity of land resources is analyzed.Analysis showed that the urbanization rate,per capita GDP,per capita arable land,construction land scale,population density and unit is six factors such as land output Ezhou-HuangShi iron-copper and gold mine area land bearing capacity of the main factors;Urbanization rate,per capita GDP,per capita arable land area,the unit output of land,the right to use construction land scale and the population density is six factors should Yunying-Tianqian oil salt nitrate ore mine economic zone of the main factors of bearing capacity of land resources;Proportion of construction land,the per capita GDP,urbanization rate,unit of land output,wetland area and total land area per capita arable land area 6 influence the main factors of Yichang phosphorous mining economic zone land bearing capacity.Finally,the extracted from these main factors affected the three key factors of the bearing capacity of land resources in the mining economic zone that,per capita GDP,urbanization rate proportion and construction land and units of land output is a key factor to the bearing capacity of land resources in mining area,and analyzed the key factors and the mechanism of mining economic zone between the bearing capacity of land resources.4.Analyzing the policy system to improve the bearing capacity of land resources in mining area in Hubei province.First,through the analysis of mining area resources in Hubei province comprehensive environmental bearing capacity to understand the increase the bearing capacity of land resources in mining area of Hubei province policy background;Through the analysis of mining area in Hubei province urbanization and industrialization development to understand the enhance the bearing capacity of land resources in mining area of Hubei province policy conditions;Finally,constructed,including guiding ideology,policy content and the safeguard mechanism,improve the bearing capacity of land resources in mining area in Hubei province of policy system,and studied the concrete policy.In this dissertation,the main possible innovations include:(1)Taking the mineral resources economic zone as the research object,analyzing the bearing capacity of land resources for mining economic zone,and the existing administrative area as the research object is very different,more conducive to reveal the characteristics and factors influencing the bearing capacity of land resources.(2)Based the viewpoint of system theory,this paper analyzes the factor influencing the bearing capacity of land resources in mining area,and build the evaluation index system of mining area land resources bearing capacity,scientific and reasonable evaluation of Hubei province three mining economic zone of the status of the land bearing capacity.Based on the study of the current situation of the development of subsystem,comparing several regional difference of the bearing capacity of land resources in mining area,the main influence factors and dynamic change trend of land bearing capacity.(3)Taking comprehensive environmental bearing capacity of mining area resources in Hubei province as the policy background,the development status of urbanization and industrialization of mining economic zone in Hubei province as the policy conditions,from the aspects of guiding ideology,policy content,the safeguard mechanism improve the bearing capacity of land resources in mining area of Hubei province is constructed policy system,and puting forward the basic mode of mining area industrial structure transformation in Hubei province.
