Water resources are not only the basic natural resources and the material basis of all social development,but also one of the key factors for the sustainable development of urbanization.It is called "the root of life," the fountain of all things".In recent years,with the development of social economy,the urbanization level of shandong province has increased by 30% in 15 years.As a result,the water resources in the city of shandong are constantly being exploited and utilized,the huge amount of sewage is discharged without treatment,and the water resources crisis is emerging endlessly,which seriously affects the quantity and quality of water resources.It undermines the recycling mechanism and regenerative capacity of water resources.Water resources have become a bottleneck affecting and restricting the regional economy and sustainable development capacity of shandong province.Therefore,the development ability of water resources carrying capacity in shandong province is evaluated correctly and the development strategy coordinated with water resources is formulated.This is of great significance for building a resource-conserving,environment-friendly society and building a green development system.In this paper,the relevant theories and evaluation methods of water resources carrying capacity are discussed and analyzed.In this paper,the relevant theories and evaluation methods of water resources carrying capacity are discussed and analyzed.In accordance with the principle of selecting evaluation indexes selected 13 quantitative indicators,using principal component analysis(pca),calculated level of water resources carrying capacity in 2003-2016 in shandong province,and comparing with the national average water resources carrying capacity.On the basis of the coupling model,the coordinated development degree of the water resources carrying capacity subsystem of shandong province is analyzed.The results show that the carrying capacity of water resources in shandong province is slightly lower than the national average,and the resource subsystem is the main obstacle to the improvement of water resources carrying capacity.According to the evaluation result of water resources carrying capacity,the influencing factors index system was constructed and the main influencing factors were obtained by using stepstep regression method.Finally,according to the results of descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for improving the carrying capacity of water resources.
