Research On Intelligent Knowledge And Its Management Model

Knowledge is becoming an important resource for the knowledge economy era. How to promote knowledge sharing has been a research focus in knowledge management field. With the development of information technology, data mining can be used to discover a lot of hidden patterns. However, how to utilize and transfer these hidden patterns into knowledge effectively has not yet received enough attention from scholars, and therefore become bottlenecks of data mining application.This thesis studies the expression form of the knowledge discovered by data mining, its characteristics and management model. The objectives are to promote cross-development of knowledge management and data mining complementarily, and improve the quality of decision-making in enterprises. By combining theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and based on the research results in knowledge management, data mining, artificial intelligence, extenics and complexity theory, we propose the concepts of intelligent knowledge (IK) and Intelligent knowledge Management (IKM). Different from the known intelligent knowledge management solutions, our method first explores knowledge with a series of features such as memory, recognition, reasoning and adaptive ability. Then an intelligent knowledge management theory and the IKM system research framework are established in order to reduce the forth coming knowledge overload. This study has strong forward-looking. Based on extenics theory, it designs intelligent decision tree rules and Extension classification algorithm based on MCLP algorithm for intelligent knowledge relevant to the business goals. This is the first study that systematically presents intelligent knowledge incubation methods, realizes the expression and storage of intelligent knowledge solutions, and elaborates knowledge self-auditing methods and reasoning mechanism. Finally the demands of intelligent knowledge management system (IKMS) are analyzed and a detailed software designing is proposed. An application in a web company has been illustrated for the significance of intelligent knowledge and its practical values.
