Study On The Key Techniques Of Knowledge Management

Knowledge plays an important role in the knowledge economy, so its management is necessary. In this paper, the definition of KM (Knowledge Management) is presented from the content, the aim and the means, with a survey of KM given. Based on the analysis of the obstacle factors of KM, it is proposed that the main obstacles lie in the knowledge environment of the enterprise, the relational policies of KM and the information foundation establishment. Finally, KM resolutions are given respectively according to the aforementionedobstacles. And the two key techniques of KM------Inspiritment System and Data Mining areresearched in detail.
