In the global economy of knowledge, knowledge resource has penetrated intoevery industry and business functional areas, become important production factor in thedevelopment of enterprises. With the passage of time, the company has entered aknowledge explosion era of big data resource, it promotes the reform and developmentof enterprise knowledge management. Lafarge cement, for example, the diversity of itsknowledge and vast amounts of knowledge resources have been unable to managethrough the existing knowledge management system, employees are very hard to searchthe knowledge documents related to their work from the vast amount of knowledgeresources in time. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of knowledge management inthe big data era, the establishment of intelligent knowledge management system isparticularly important.Combining with the construction of intelligent knowledge management of, thisthesis introduces the design and implementation of the intelligent knowledgemanagement system in the cement industry. In this thesis, the main works are listedbelow:1. This thesis, which expounds this system based on what kind of businessbackground and discusses the present situation of the current content of knowledgemanagement research both in China and abroad. On this basis, raises the designprinciple of the cement industry intelligent management system.2. Fully study and research the necessary theoretical knowledge and technologiesrelated to the implementation of the intelligent knowledge management, including thetheory of knowledge discovery, knowledge map, Lotus Domino platforms, RSS, LotusScript technology, etc.3. This thesis from the system overall design and technical framework to discusseshow to implement the intelligent knowledge management system, then describe theresearch and analysis on the requirements of business functions, then describe how tobuild the knowledge mining model of the knowledge management from the systemoverall architecture. On this basis, it describes how to implement the enterpriseintelligent knowledge management system.4. This thesis introduces how to implement the main functions of this system, including the knowledge mining model, document retrieval and index, classificationmanagement implementation. In the end this thesis describes the system function testand performance test.This system has been running in the intranet environment of Lafarge cement, it isnot only a good solution to solve that the employees are very hard to find what theywant in time, but also a good solution to good use the vast amount of knowledgedocuments and reduce the redundant of knowledge resources and the maintenance costthrough the use of knowledge mining function.
