As a kind of advanced manufacturing paradigm in network economy and knowledge economy environment, collaborative manufacturing (CM) emphasizes inter-enterprise collaboration and resource sharing in the whole society. The goal of CM is to improve the innovative capability of product lifecycle and to realize the lower cost and higher efficiency of product designing and manufacturing process. Therefore, the share and optimized utilization of manufacturing resources dispersing in enterprises through network is one of important characteristics of CM. Since collaborative manufacturing has some characters, such as distributed resources in geography, multiform of resources, autonomy and multi-administrators of resource, and so on. So, there exist some questions like resource uniform description, rapid and accurate acquisition needed resource and resource reconfiguration. At the same time, the increase of wideband operation make it possible for enterprise, governments and manufacturing industry to make use of Internet to create their own private network without area restriction. Obviously this kind of network construction scheme is cheap, convenient but the information security problem could not be avoided. The main problem is that the important information and secret data on the Internet are hard to avoid undergoing various kinds of passive or active man-made attacking. By study a set of new theories and concepts about manufacturing resource share, use multi-agent technology to settle above problems. It is guided by the research philosophy of "Study relevant theories, strive for critical technological breakthroughs". A summary of the specific aspects of the dissertation research is as follows:(1) Study the concept model and control model of manufacturing resources share, sharing-oriented resource pool, and sever quality of resources share in addition. Use knowledge chain for reference, combining with manufacturing resource sharing concept, then put forward the concept of collaborative manufacturing resource chain (CMRC). Collaborative manufacturing resources scattered over the country are encapsulated as agents, which join the CMRC in the form of node. Using the CMRC, we made the whole world of manufacturers a virtual network manufacturing system, which can realize manufacturing resources share and cooperative manufacture. Furthermore, descript collaborative resource share structure based on multi-agent.(2) Firstly, analyze the manufacturing resource modeling purport and the established rules. Then point out that the traditional resource modeling methods are lack of semantic information, which can not satisfy the user search requirement. Use XML and ontology technology to describe manufacturing resource model. Knowledge ontology is a specific and standard illuminate of sharing concept model, which can promote resource share and improve interoperability of heterogeneous system. Finally, adopting 0-0 and multi-agent technology, describe collaborative manufacturing resource model for realizing rapid searching and optimization of collaborative manufacturing resource.(3) The traditional resource acquisition method is a passive resource acquisition (PRA) method, which has difficulty on finding information and low resource reusing level. So study active resource acquisition (ARA) method in CM. Based on information push, this method push needed resource information to user during enterprise carry out a certain active of collaborative business process. Resource of one enterprise is limited. How to realize resource reconfiguration is one condition for enterprise responses market change quickly. Resource reconfiguration in collaborative manufacturing resource share is a multi-policy decision question. And evolutionary game is such a theory that studies how to make decision and strategy by many people, which can give attention to every product demands in resource reconfiguration. Put forward a collaborative manufacturing resource reconfiguration model based on multi-agent technology and evolutionary game.(4) This dissertation has focused on agent-based authentication technology and self-protection model. The users of collaborative manufacturing resource share system are scattered different alliance enterprise and have group characteristic. Use agent technology to bring forward an authentication scheme which fits collaborative manufacturing resource share system and is flexible to extend. Through learning self-protection concept form IBM, give a collaborative manufacturing resource self-protection model based on agent. Meanwhile, describe particularly the structure of self-protection system and work pattern. (5) Present logic architecture of collaborative manufacturing resource share prototype system in net environment, in addition, design functional module of system. Combining with collaborative manufacturing resource share technology discussed above, study collaborative manufacturing resource serve and security management modules. Finally, give some functional interface, such as collaborative manufacturing resource search, reconfiguration and authentication.
