Introduces resource evaluation theory, inducts AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process and has developed resource evaluation model supporting ASP services. Introduces ASP.NET technology in .NET environment and SQL Server database management system. By analyzing characters of the system, has adopted effective strategies to ensure the safe operation.
