Manufacturing is the foundation of national development,the pillar of the national economy,and an important embodiment of the country's comprehensive strength.With the in-depth implementation of Industry 4.0,Industrial Internet and Made in China 2025,the new production mode of digital,intelligent,integrated and service-oriented has attracted extensive attention of industry and many scholars.Based on the background,a new manufacturing model called “Cloud Manufacturing” is proposed.Cloud manufacturing model emphasizes the integration of manufacturing with emerging information technology,cloud computing,Internet of things and other technologies to achieve the integration,unified optimization and management of virtual manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities.The basis and key problem of cloud manufacturing is how to make the massive manufacturing resources virtualized,and how to process and analysis them in real time.In view of this,this paper has made a deep research on the virtualization of production resources in the cloud manufacturing environment,including the establishment of cloud manufacturing system model,mapping between physical manufacturing resources,construction of virtual manufacturing resource processing system and development of cloud manufacturing application system etc.Based on the research background,the requirements and characteristics of cloud manufacturing theory,this paper design the overall framework and technical framework of cloud manufacturing platform firstly.In the process of design,the operation mode and logic relation of various manufacturing resources in typical manufacturing workshop has been analyzed.To establish an efficient and feasible manufacturing workshop of cloud manufacturing system model,the key technology needed to be clear each level,so as to provide the theory,model and technical guidance for the following research.After realizing the virtualization of mass manufacturing resources,this paper has built a virtual manufacturing resource processing platform.Through requirement analysis and technical analysis,the key technologies of building virtual manufacturing resources are defined.Using the distributed big data processing framework of Hadoop and Spark,a virtual manufacturing resource processing system conforming to the actual requirement is constructed.And the virtual resource processing system has been verified by relevant application cases.Finally,this paper has built the application platform of cloud manufacturing system based on the above theoretical research.Through the requirement analysis and technical analysis,the system function and the technical framework of the system has been determined.Using the responsive design to realize the adaptation of different display terminals.The construction of the whole application system focused on the requirements of resource sharing and system integration in the cloud manufacturing theory,and realize the whole life cycle management of the production process.Moreover,through this system,the distance between cloud manufacturing resource demanders and cloud manufacturing resource publishers can be narrowed,and the integration and sharing of resources can be realized.And,it has demonstrated the practicability and reliability of the cloud manufacturing platform application system through practical functional applications.
