The sharing economy has penetrated deeply into people's production and life,and people's social activities and daily behaviors have undergone earth-shaking changes.Due to the development of "Internet+",the sharing economy has also gained a place in the manufacturing industry.Manufacturing sharing is slowly leading the industry trend,providing new solutions to the problems left over from traditional manufacturing,and infusing with new vitality into traditional manufacturing.The prominent development direction of the sharing economy in the manufacturing industry is resource sharing.Here,it means that"everything can be shared" and the concept of sharing manufacturing comes from this.In the traditional manufacturing industry,there are widespread problems in the idleness of resources and the inability to meet the demands of manufacturing enterprises.This is the phenomenon of"resource islands".After the concept of sharing manufacturing was put into practice,a sharing manufacturing model was formed,and the emergence of a sharing platform,the phenomenon of "resource islands" attracted an opportunity for improvement.Before the common manufacturing practice can effectively guide the production practice,the predecessors have done a lot of research on the issues of enterprise resource sharing and collaborative manufacturing.It is worth noting that these studies mainly consider cooperation between enterprises,mostly based on transportation issues and benefit distribution issues,and some studies consider resource scheduling on the basis of cooperation,and rarely discuss enterprise coordination issues in resource scheduling.In the sharing manufacturing model,the "resource island" will be solved in a more modern,faster and more convenient way.The sharing platform is the medium to solve the problem.Then,how to formulate the resource allocation strategy through this medium still needs to be discussed.Based on the shared manufacturing model and relying on the sharing platform,this paper proposes a completed sharing strategy and an incomplete sharing strategy about sharing manufacturing model to make it practical.It is further used in actual production to solve the problem of"resource islands" and improve the efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.The main work and innovations of this paper include the following parts:(1)Research on completed sharing of resource allocation strategy.According to the existing related literature and actual production situation,describe the problem that manufacturing enterprises form enterprise alliances for sharing manufacturing through sharing platforms,and build a model of sharing platform income function and resource allocation for enterprise alliance.For the purpose of coordination of sharing and profiting,through the Stackelberg game and optimization method,the optimal strategy of all parties under the complete sharing of manufacturing resources is studied,and the Shapley value is used to distribute the profits of the alliance profits.The research results show the optimal decision-making and profit distribution of enterprise alliances and shared platforms under the full sharing of manufacturing resources.(2)Research on decentralized shared resource allocation strategy.According to the actual production and living conditions,describe the problem of manufacturing enterprises seeking resource sharing through shared platforms,then build a shared platform income function and a model of distributed enterprise resource allocation.In order to coordinate resource sharing and profit,through the Stackelberg game,Cournot model and the optimization method,study the optimal decision of the enterprise and the platform under the conditions of independent sharing price and quantity related price.The research results show the optimal decision-making and optimality conditions for each enterprise and shared platform under the distributed sharing of manufacturing resources.(3)Research on potential application.According to the propositions and conclusions of the above research,and based on the example of shared platform,the effects of various parameters on the optimal strategy of sharing manufacturing under different sharing strategies are analyzed by simulation.At the same time,the conclusion of above research is applied to solve the optimal scheme under different case and strategies,and the difference between the two sharing resource allocation strategies is compared.
