Cloud manufacturing is the product of the information age.It is proposed based on networked manufacturing by integrating cloud computing and other technologies,and an important means to realize the digitalization,networking and intellectualization of manufacturing industry.The core idea is to concentrate the distributed manufacturing resources for unified deployment and realize the sharing and optimization combination of manufacturing resources.In cloud manufacturing model,manufacturing resources enable a wider range of sharing,and can provide users with more satisfactory services by combining high-quality manufacturing resources according to task requirements.To a great extent,the utilization rate of manufacturing resources has been improved and the cost of manufacturing has been reduced.In this paper,based on the processing and manufacturing project of the final optics assemble,studying the manufacturing resource sharing and optimization combination under the cloud manufacturing mode.First,analyzing the requirements of three participants in cloud manufacturing mode,and working out a set of reasonable workflow.Second,classifying the manufacturing resources and designing a unified information description model.Using the Protégé ontology modeling software to build the ontology model of manufacturing resources,and describing the manufacturing resource based on OWL ontology language.Next using Jena technology to realize the ontology model storage based on MySQL database by programming in Java language on Eclipse platform,and further realizing the semantic retrieval of manufacturing resources.Then,introducing the manufacturing task decomposition,and designing the matching model of five-layer structure.Different similarity algorithms are designed for the characteristics of each matching process.Every Layers' manufacturing resources are filtered by setting different thresholds.Through the shell task of the final optics assemble verifying the matching model,and obtaining a resource candidate set of the corresponding subtask.After that,by analyzing the characteristics of manufacturing resource optimization combination under cloud manufacturing mode,and establishing the mathematical model of complex multi-task multi-objective cloud manufacturing resource combination optimization problem(CMM-CMRCO).The genetic algorithm of real number matrix coding is programmed by MATLAB,and then the problem model and solution method are established with the goal of maximizing QoS and coverage tasks.Experiments were carried out by using the task decomposition situation and the resource candidate set obtained above.The resource allocation schemes for each task were obtained by solving sufficient resources problem and insufficient resource problem.Finally,the EPS,OBS and WBS structure of the terminal optical component manufacturing project is established in the Primavera P6 project management software.The Oracle data and MySQL data are connected by JDBC,and the manufacturing resource ontology model stored in the MySQL database is copied into the Oracle data to realize the communication between the databases.Finally,allocating resources for different tasks in P6 by using the resource combination scheme obtained above.
