With the development of government work's informationization, higher request was evoked for scientific and level of governments' macroscopical decision. Due to that decision requirement has hierarchy structure, decision analysis requirement of different district and field is specifically based on each special subject, and development management of local economy is important content of the macroscopical decision constituted by government. Hence this paper mainly discusses how to provide solution on decision support for the economy development management in a spatial area of small scale, and explores establishment method of environment oriented assistant decision combining the OLAP and several other BI technology systems on the accordance of analysis each hierarchy of decision requirement deeply, taking data warehouse as the core. On the basis of these, decision support prototype system of local economy development management is designed and carried out.Chapter 1 is "Introduction", puts forward the study value. From the idea of decision support and decision requirement, the paper discusses study development internal and abroad upon decision support system (DSS), and discusses DSS progress relative on management of regional economy growth. Then this chapter summarizes form of front setting tools' integrated manage, which is called BI, combined with data mining, OLAP and so on, besides, this paper discusses the integration of GIS and BI system structure on the accordance of the dissertation and brings forward main issue about recent research. At last, research object was advanced.Chapter 2 probes project oriented decision operating environment condition into how to integrate diversiform technology, in the condition of the decision requirement is in several hierarchies and scale is small, with combination of flow of decision production and management, and relative theory and technology.Research method was putted forward and technical line was lodged, whereafter, I summarized the paper's content and organization.In chapter 3, thesis firstly studies the overall frame of operation and functional demands deeply on the sides of operation demand, analysis demand and front setting demand. According to which, takes operation flow laying on hierarchy of manipulation and storage, and summarizes corresponding relation between different users and diversified requirements. Based on the study, the thesis comprehends and analyzes data stream and data content mapped by operation stream, designs physical storage structure of data staging area and realizes it. Then the paper takes ETL disposition into account synthetically according to operation flow, and puts forward solution to data standardization and integration which is important to operation model and conceiving multidimensional data set, including organization and standardization of spatial data.Chapter 4 emphasizes establishment of multidimensional data model and implement of data warehouse's structure. On the foundation of physical data organization laying on the data staging area, the study sets the factual data table of multidimensional model based on construction of data market oriented on enterprise and tower economic information and builds dimensionality and structure, and builds the star mode framework of data warehouse of local economy multidimensional data set in SISS.The solution is making the MOLAP as storage factual data and dimensional table and its' index. And we do subarea optimize to factual data and dimensional data set in the data warehouse. On the accordance of these, utilizing data perspective to transfer the data warehouse, application of tower special topic is analyzed, and validity of the model and storage mode is tested.Chapter 5 Creates a system prototype according to analysis to operation requirements and functional demands and physical data model. At first, system structure suitable for different operation and multitiered decision requirement is build up, based on which each function module of MDSS of local economy development is designed. Adoption of Ajax technology realizes asynchronism transfer and satisfied the requirement of operating memory affairs. Then we discuss and carry out the operation to multidimensional analytical model of client-side. Finally system application is show and explained. Chapter 6 is the summary and discussion of this thesis.
