The Model And Mechanism Of Information Communication In The Knowledge Innovation At The Web Age

Knowledge innovation has become not only the focus of the whole world but also the research field in a great vogue. The course of knowledge innovation means that information communication ties up with human being's cognition. It must base on information communication that knowledge innovation can come true. The action of information like a clew runs through the whole course of knowledge innovation. In this dissertation I intend to do some academic study and demonstrational analysis to the questions about the structure, model, mechanism and fidelity system of information communication system in the knowledge innovation at the network age. Firstly, the dissertation looks back the development of science and technology and the evolvement of mode of information communication, showing the change of knowledge innovation system and the influence netlike information has upon the knowledge innovation system from three aspects, which are action model, organization structure and thinking method. Secondly, the dissertation mostly discusses structure, model and mechanism of the information communication system in knowledge innovation, aiming at grasping the essence and law of the information, information communication and model or mechanism of information communication in knowledge innovation. The dissertation constructs a ladder-like and netlike model in a creative way, and creatively elucidates three conditions of information communication in the knowledge innovation under the network environment, which are limited information of the knowledge innovation subject, necessary action of knowledge innovation and self-organizing system of science and technology information. The dissertation brings forward an original idea that mechanism of information choice, mechanism of information harmony and mechanism of information feedback make up of three primary mechanismsof information communication in the knowledge innovation at the network age. Finally, the dissertation offers some concrete proposals for expeditious information communication in knowledge innovation, hoping that it would promote the development of theories of innovation, system, information management, communication and cognition. Furthermore, I hope it would practically provide some constructive proposals to perfect Chinese innovation system and actively boost national knowledge innovation and advancement of science and technology.
