International competition is becoming increasingly fierce In today's world,and thanks to the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,China has become the world 's second-largest economy and the largest developing country.The industrial structure has continued to move from the low-end to the premium end of the market."Made in China" has been transformed into "intelligent manufacturing in China".Scientific and technological progress and innovation have become an important driving force which affects and promotes the high-quality and high-speed development of China's economy.Therefore,innovation is the first driving force to lead China's development and the strategic support for building a modern economic system.The "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation" situation means that innovation is synergistic and requires the active participation of the majority of grassroots units,governments,enterprises,universities,research institutes and even individuals can participate in innovation activities to contribute power for innovation.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that we must adhere to the dominant position of enterprises in innovation,which means that enterprises will assume the important task of gathering innovation resources and implementing innovation and development.At present,as more and more enterprises deepen innovation and development,increase investment in innovation,and gradually explore an open innovation development path.Open innovation has become the new normal for enterprises to implement innovation activities.Enterprises are more and more inclined to absorb external innovation resources for collaborative innovation.It is the high liquidity and boundlessness of knowledge that make knowledge innovation become important basis for enterprises to implement open innovation.Thanks to the advent of the informationage,the application of Web2.0 technology,and the rise of the virtual network community have facilitated the absorption of external innovation resources by enterprises.Enterprises began to create and use Internet-based user-generated content platforms to guide internal and external users of the enterprise to participate in knowledge innovation activities,which provides enterprises with sufficient knowledge innovation resources,and the open innovation community is born under this background.At the same time,knowledge innovation activities within the open innovation community are a collaborative process,both users and the evolution of knowledge itself.Therefore,this article proposes the topic of research on knowledge collaborative innovation in open innovation communities,which is in line with the national strategic background of innovation-driven development and meets the needs of enterprises to carry out innovation activities.The purpose is to guide open innovation communities to generate more high-quality knowledge innovation resources.Looking forward to the direction of knowledge innovation and applying it to the innovation of enterprise products and services,using virtual knowledge innovation to support technological innovation in practice;this requires a deeper insight into the innovation model of open innovation communities,which needs a deep understanding of the mechanism of user knowledge collaboration,and research the evolution process of knowledge innovation,distinguish hotpots of knowledge innovation,clarifying the interaction between user collaboration and knowledge evolution,and summarizing the mechanism of knowledge collaborative innovation.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows.(1)Logic model of knowledge collaborative innovation in open innovation communityThis logic model is the research logic foundation of the full text.First,the innovation value chain theory is used to define the process of knowledge collaborative innovation in the open innovation community.Then,based on system dynamics,the dynamic factors in this process are excavated,and the causality path is designed to deduce the innovation subject-user knowledge collaboration and innovation object-knowledge evolution which are two research branches of thisarticle,their interaction relationships constitute the overall research logic of knowledge collaborative innovation.Finally,a logical model is established based on the above studies.(2)Knowledge collaboration mechanism of users in open innovation communityIt mainly analyzes innovation subject-users,which the mechanism of knowledge collaboration between them.First,the concepts of user categories and attributes of the open innovation community are defined,and the connotation and characteristics of user knowledge collaboration are defined.Next,based on community practice,the interactive process model of user knowledge collaboration is researched and constructed.In the process,three types of user collaborative network structures are derived.Then use the grounded theory to analyze the motivation of users to participate in knowledge collaboration,and explore the endogenous factors of user participation in knowledge collaboration to build a motivation model of user knowledge collaboration in open innovation community.Finally,select a section of the "Pollen Club" community to verify the Structural Features of user knowledge collaborative networks.(3)Mechanism of knowledge evolution in open innovation communityIt mainly analyzes the evolutionary mechanism of the innovation object-knowledge,and studies the evolutionary process of innovation from the micro perspective of knowledge,including the process of knowledge evolution,the means of interaction between various elements,the internal evolution rules,and the results.First,reveal the constituent elements and evolutionary processes in the process of knowledge evolution;next,applying a self-organizing perspective to study the interactions between the elements in the process of knowledge evolution and how to achieve an orderly process of knowledge evolution.Next,using knowledge genes as nodes and related connection principles to construct a network evolution structure of knowledge evolution,and using actual cases to crawl data for visual analysis.Finally,based on the visualization map of the network of knowledge evolution,discovering knowledge innovation hotpots and guide the direction of future knowledge innovation.(4)Super-network analysis of knowledge collaborative innovation in open innovation communityAssociate the user's knowledge collaboration process with specific knowledge innovation results,integrating three kinds of networks: user collaborative network,knowledge evolution network and the carrier of knowledge-text network;constructs the mapping relationship between networks to form a super network model,aiming to reveal the complex collaborative relationship in the process of knowledge collaborative innovation,deeply explain the knowledge evolution process under the user collaborative action,and then achieve three goals which are realizing the visualization of super network map and distinguishing core innovative user knowledge,explaining the evolution of hot spots of knowledge innovation among users.The internal laws are summarized and the mechanism path of knowledge collaborative innovation in open innovation community is constructed.(5)Guarantee mechanism and strategy of knowledge collaborative innovation in open innovation communityEstablish an open innovation community knowledge collaborative innovation guarantee mechanism,including “human-machine interaction mechanism”,“knowledge resource innovation prediction mechanism”,“community technology mechanism”,and “knowledge collaborative innovation incentive mechanism” to effectively guarantee the process of knowledge collaborative innovation and provide enterprises with more Abundant knowledge innovation resources.Based on this mechanism,a reasonable and effective safeguard strategy is proposed from the perspective of user collaborative participation,community platform construction,and context optimization to implement the implementation of the safeguard mechanism.This article focuses on the theoretical and practical research of knowledge collaborative innovation in open innovation communities,adopts the "whole-part-whole" research idea,designs the overall research logical framework model,and extends the two branch research tasks which are users' collaboration and knowledge evolution,using the model of super-networks to correlate the relationship between user collaborative activities and the process of knowledge evolution,aims toFinally,the model is aimed to root in the purpose of ensuring and promoting the community knowledge collaborative innovation process,and then provides sufficient knowledge innovation resources for enterprises to carry out innovation activities.
