With the development of Instant Messaging Services, Social Network Servives has gradually become the technical basis of instant communication. It builds a bridge of information sharing and communication between people and people,greatly satisfy social needs of the non contact type.The rapid development of information technology has brought about great changes in human life. These changes can not be imagined, such as the change of life style, the change of communication mode and the change of human values.Instant communication stage is the third stage of the Internet development,with the arrival of the boom, a variety of instant messaging software have emerged, which is the most significant is the chat software that was launched by Tencent company, it has a real-time,social features, just good accord with the momentum of the Internet information development.Wechat has personal style of releasing information, transfering information and sharing information between friends, which not only changed the way people information dissemination, but also speeded up the dissemination of information.Although theWechat starts lately, but develops quickly in just a few years,.Due to its unique features and user experience, the number of Wechat users has reached six hundred million, the size and speed of its development is not up to other instant messaging software.In the era of instant communication, people can publish and receive information on the Wechat at any time and any place.And a large number of businesses started to use WeChat platform for commodity marketing, private media and government agencies have begun to apply to build their own WeChat platform to strengthen communication with their fans. Various types of users have begun to use Wechat, so that various social media information were transformed in Wechat.The dissemination of information on Wechat has brought a greater impact on individual users and business users.Therefore, understanding the spread of Wechat information mechanism and process and mastering the spread of information on Wechat has important practical significance.The process of Wechat information dissemination is that the information istransformed on Wechat platform and a circle of friends,then the public accept and respond to Wechat information.This kind of information dissemination can be understood as the spread of special products based on the theory of innovation diffusion, which has the characteristics of the innovation and diffusion of ordinary products, and has its special features of innovation and diffusion.Because of the characteristics of Wechat information dissemination is different from ordinary products, and has its own characteristics.From the perspective of social network and the characteristics of innovation diffusion, this paper sets up a new model of Wechat information dissemination based on SIR information model.In the model, the users are divided into five categories, which are unknown, the observer, the communicator, the immune(forward), the exit(no forwarding information). Through the Matlab simulation of information transmission and the adjustment of the influence parameters in the model, the influence of information parameters on the process of information transmission is studied. The result is that the information to the user’s appeal has the biggest influence to the information dissemination speed and the effect,the impact of the speed of information dissemination is slightly smaller, but the effect of information dissemination is still very large.The average degree of the network affects the speed and range of the information transmission.Finally, there are strategies to improve the effect of WeChat information dissemination for the related problems, which provides theoretical basis and decision-making support for government supervision and business management.
