Since China proposed the strategy of "innovation-driven development",national policies have repeatedly emphasized the establishment of an innovation system with enterprises as the main body,the market as the orientation,and the combination of production,education,and research.This provides a platform and atmosphere for enterprises to carry out innovation activities and scholars to carry out innovation research.This background of innovation heralds the advent of the new economic era,with new technologies,new business formats and new industries constantly emerging.This means that enterprises should not only carry out technological innovation to upgrade products,technologies and services,but also carry out business model innovation to cope with the dynamic changing market environment.In the view of enterprise resources,the essence of innovation is the reasonable allocation of scarce resources,especially intangible resources,which are the source of competitive advantage and the key to promote the growth of enterprises.As intangible resources,knowledge capital and organizational character can explain the homogeneity and heterogeneity of enterprise growth and play an important role in the process of enterprise innovation.Therefore,this study hopes to build a new ambidexterity innovation system,and explain the driving force of the system from the perspective of knowledge capital and organizational character management.This paper adopts the research paradigm of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.First,the case study method is used to study Huawei's development history over the past 30 years.It analyzes Huawei's knowledge sources of technological innovation,character driven mode of business model innovation and coupling mode of technological innovation and business model innovation in three different development stages.Explore the inherent formation mechanism of the new ambidexterity innovation system from the micro level.Secondly,this study collects financial data and statistical data of 965 listed companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for empirical analysis to verify the knowledge and organizational character driving forces of the new ambidexterity innovation system and the formation path of new ambidexterity to organizational growth performance from the macro level.Finally,this study uses fsQCA to perform a necessary condition analysis and a condition combination analysis on 10 random sampling of 965 listed companies' data.Sort out and summarize the knowledge and organizational character driving type of technological innovation and business model innovation,and the innovation model of new ambidexterity innovation from the meso-level.This article makes theoretical contributions to the field of corporate innovation and organizational management:it provides a new dual perspective for the theory of corporate innovation——the coupling of technological innovation and business model innovation;it also provides a new management strategy for organizational management theory——the integration of knowledge capital and organizational character.At the same time,this article also provides suggestions for corporate practice:The ideal model of business organization management should be the unity of knowledge and character management,so as to create conditions for new ambidexterity innovation in a conjugate and dual-drive manner;the coupling of technological innovation and business model innovation provides technical and market guarantee for enterprise development,helps enterprises to obtain core competitiveness and differentiated competitiveness,realizes cost leading and differentiated strategy,and promotes sustainable growth of enterprises.
