Under The Mechanism Of Cognitive Psychology Knowledge Integration And Innovation Of Individual

Based on the labor of the current knowledge management (KM) theory and methods, this paper argues that during the process of innovation in knowledge, individuals are not only considered as a macro module in the organizational environment, more important, their psychological mechanisms and laws of thinking demonstrated in the process of innovation should be studied. The individuals are the source of the knowledge innovation, and their integration and innovation of knowledge are the process of creative problem-solving and generalization and integration of knowledge, which determines the efficiency and potential of their knowledge innovation directly. Meanwhile, individuals' ability of knowledge integration is closely related to people's thinking and psychological mechanisms. Thus, this paper draws a lot of sense, valuable conclusions with cognitive-psychologically laboring in each tache and researching on "micro" thought process of individual knowledge integration and innovation. It consist of the following five part:ChapterⅠintroduces the background, approach of research and status quo about the topic. It also gives an brief idea about the use of cognitive psychology in knowledge innovation. ChapterⅡillustrates psychological mechanisms and laws of thinking demonstrated in the process of creative problem-solving in the three stages from discovering, analyzing and solving problems founded on the logical relationship, which is the focus of this paper and the ground of the following two parts. ChapterⅢfocuses on three criterions and six relations for the establishment of the model, thus a new model of knowledge innovation comes into being. The fourth part is about how to choose suitable strategy for the organizational environment according to the rules of knowledge innovation. The fifth part is the conclusion, summary on the train of thought and the achievement.
