Objective:The purpose of this study is to integrate the standardized training content of new nurses into the clinical practice training stage of nursing professional degree postgraduates based on the theoretical basis of the core competencies that nursing master professional degree postgraduates and mental health specialty nurses should possess,and to build a clinical practice training mode of nursing master professional degree postgraduates with clinical connection and specialty characteristics in mental health direction.To promote the cooperation between nursing and teaching,to promote the development of psychiatric nursing,and to provide reference for other colleges and universities in our country to build other professional degree postgraduate training mode.Methods:1.In the early stage,the literature research method was used to search the relevant literatures of postgraduate nursing degree graduates and mental health specialist nurses at home and abroad,which provided theoretical basis for the research.And refer to the "Mental Health Specialist Nursing"(Chinese Nursing Association specialist nurse training materials,People's Health Publishing House)preliminary drafting of the enquiry volume.2.Using semi-structured interviews,set up targeted interview outlines to interview experts,supplement the items of the training model,and after the group discussion,draw up a formal letter.3.Two rounds of questionnaires were conducted among senior specialists innursing education,nursing management,psychiatric specialty nursing and psychiatric clinical medicine by modified Delphi method.Statistical analysis was conducted by Excel 2019 and SPSS 21.0 software.According to the inclusion criteria of Mj ? 3.5,Cj ? 50%,Kj ? 20%,Vj < 0.25,the results of the two rounds of inquiries were analyzed and integrated.Finally,the training mode was established,and the weight of the first-level indicators of the four core elements was calculated and analyzed by the proportional distribution method.Results:1.The experts who participated in semi-structured interviews expressed the feasibility of training postgraduates with master's degree of nursing in accordance with the specialty direction,and explained the necessity of training postgraduates with master's degree of nursing in the direction of mental health.2.Two rounds of inquiries were conducted in this study.The positive coefficients of experts were 86.67%,92.31%,the authoritative coefficients were0.863 and 0.878,and the overall Kendall's W was 0.227(P < 0.001)and 0.278(P <0.001).3.After two rounds of inquiry,the established training mode includes 23first-level indicators and 157 second-level indicators extended under the four core elements of training objectives,training contents,training methods and assessment and evaluation.Conclusion:Through literature research and semi-structured interviews with experts,the necessity of training nursing master's degree graduates in mental health was explained to some extent.The experts involved in the two rounds of correspondence were more positive,authoritative and coordinated,and theresulting training model was scientific and reasonable.The discussion of this training mode provides a theoretical reference for the clinical practice training of MNS in colleges and universities in China.It has also been applied to the training of MNS in our school.It still needs to continuously monitor the quality of culture,and timely adjust the training mode to achieve the training goal.
