Study On The Standardized Training Program For Master Of Nursing Degree

Objective:The purpose of this study was to develop and feasibility of new nurses training convergence proof nursing graduate students,for the development of nursing professional degree graduate training program specification to provide new ideas,on this basis,make clear,strict norms,easy operation,good effect of nursing master standardized training for the study of professional degree program,student training program revised to provide a scientific basis,and provide reference for the cultivation of other domestic universities MNS.Methods:Using the method of literature analysis and questionnaire investigation method,from external to internal demand policy requires joint demonstration of master of nursing professional degree graduate cultivation and the feasibility of new nurses training convergence,the use of Epidata3.1 and SPSS 20 was used for data entry and analysis,the main statistical index was constituent ratio.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature tentatively to cultivate the basic framework of the program,through the pre survey,improve the training scheme of each item,the formal expert consultation questionnaire.Selected from the field of nursing management and clinical nursing education,nursing field,27 experts,statistics and analysis of data using Excel 2007 and SPSS19.0 software,the main statistical indicators for the recovery rate,mean,percentage and variation coefficient,coordination coefficient,authority coefficient etc..Based on the above data and expert opinion,the specific content of each item of the training plan is determined.Results:1.MNS and training of new nurses training cohesion positive response to the national policy calls for deepening the reform of medical education,medical education talents with practical ability,outstanding stage of the training of the law,also in line with the professional degree and nursing training discipline and professional practical talents.A survey of the needs of the training of graduate students with master's degree in nursing and the newly recruited nurses showed that 74.17% of the graduate students,about 65.59% of the nursing educators and about 78.3% of the clinical nursing administrators thought that they needed to be connected.2.MNS and training of new nurses training convergence ideas into the MNS training program in the construction,through the analysis of the literature to determine the basic framework of the training scheme,including training objectives,enrollment conditions,training direction,training mode,curriculum,training of clinical practice ability,ability of nursing management,nursing teaching ability training the training of nursing,scientific research ability,a total of 11 aspects through two rounds of expert consultation and ultimately the formation of more standardized training program evaluation,MNS awarded degrees,including 210 items.3.Positive coefficients of two expert consultation were 0.54,0.89,a total of 22 rounds of experts put forward suggestions and opinions of experts,a higher degree of positive.The judgment coefficient is 0.9056,two rounds of expert consultation were 0.9313,familiarity coefficient was 0.722,0.725,0.8139,0.8031 groups of authority coefficient,authority coefficient of experts was greater than 0.7 for the authoritative experts Kendall is better;the coordination coefficient was 0.199,the expert on training programs in a higher degree of recognition.Conclusion:1.From the analysis of external policy to the analysis of internal needs,it shows that it is feasible to link the training of nursing master degree postgraduate education with the standardized training of new nurses.2.After consulting experts to finalize the overall framework and specific content of the training of nursing master degree postgraduate standard,make clear,strict norms,training scheme of master of nursing specialist for easy operation,a postgraduate training mode reform to provide reference for nursing school and other professional institutions.
