Objective:The research purpose of this study is aimed at through the method of literature investigation,expert interview method,Delphi method,draw lessons from foreign advanced training experience,reference to domestic trial resident standardization training content,fusion new nurse standardized training on a trial basis,to build a set of specific,actionable,refining the master's degree graduate student direction care clinical practice training mode.In order to improve the nursing professional master degree graduate students ability of clinical practice,master of nursing profession in China,high-level,specialist type,applied talents training target,to transport a large number of high quality clinical nursing talents and promote the course of the construction of nursing team personnel in our country,narrow the gap with international nursing level and international nursing.Methods:Research methods are divided into three parts:The first part: the integrated application of related theory construct the professional master degree of direction care framework of cultivating graduate students in clinical practice.Based on theory of core competence and post competency force,the formation of "knowledge","attitude","skill" the theory of target,and then to training objectives as a starting point,and in combination with professional master degree of nursing postgraduate training mode at home and abroad for reference,on the basis of preliminary constructed the framework of aged care professional master's training mode.The second part: adopt qualitative research,to modify and perfect the content of the training scheme.Interview objects including clinical nurse specialists,education experts,management experts,clinicians and clinical teaching teachers,through interviews and questionnaire structure and part of the entry for modification and improvement,formed in the first round of expert consultation questionnaire.The third part: the Delphi method,master of geriatric nursing clinical practice training mode is determined.Under the guidance of theoretical framework,combined with the results of qualitative research,analyzing the result of the experts in the first round,forming a second round of expert consultation questionnaire.Again after two rounds of expert consultation,to constant revision and perfection of training mode,ultimately determine the aged care professional master degree of postgraduate training mode of clinical practice.Results:1.The master's degree graduate student direction care clinical practice training mode theory frame design The theoretical framework of this study is based on theory of core competence and post competency force,based on core competence,determine the training objectives,to training target as a starting point,in order to improve the post competency force,for the purpose of screening and construct cultivation methods,contents and requirements,and the final examination evaluation system.2.The master's degree graduate student direction care clinical practice training plan each factor Through expert interviews,found the master's degree graduate student direction care clinical practice training mode are mainly concentrated in the following: attitude goal is one of the first training clinical practice conditions;Knowledge is the essential condition of clinical practice;Is the core content of clinical practice skills;At the same time pay attention to the direction for the elderly nursing professional master's scientific research ability,management ability and education ability.On cultivating method,want to take the student as the center,take full advantage of the double tutorial system teaching method,maximum limit to mobilize students' initiative and enthusiasm,so as to achieve the best learning effect;In clinical practice,the students as the main body,should take the initiative to clinical teaching teacher and mentor,communication,more suitable for their own learning plan and learning goals,achieve high efficiency of learning.3.The master's degree graduate student direction care clinical practice training mode This study constructed including training objectives,training methods,training and evaluation,the content and requirement of 4 first-level indicators,16 secondary index,138 tertiary indicators of "aged care professional master degree graduate students in clinical practice training mode".Authority coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.88,0.89,positive coefficient is 0.90,0.93,familiarity with 0.89,0.91 respectively,to determine coefficient of 0.88 and 0.89,respectively,the overall Kendall concordance coefficient(Kendall's W)are 0.250 and 0.329 respectively(P<0.001).Using analytic hierarchy process to the second round of expert consultation result index weight setting,primary index weights are 0.3613,0.1937,0.3085,0.1365,respectively.Conclusion:Preliminary established the direction of elderly care professional master degree graduate students in clinical practice training mode,the index system has good internal consistency,and the training mode is specific,refinement,operational,can do for our school the master's degree graduate student direction care provide theoretical basis for the clinical practice training.
