Research On The Training Mode Of Clinical Practice For Master Of Nursing Specialist And Majoring In Rehabilitation Specialist Nursing

Objectives:This project aims at specialist nurses,takes job requirements as a guide,and uses post competency as a theoretical basis.Reference is made to the requirements of the documents for the "Nursing Training Outline for Specialized Nursing(Trial)" and "The New Induction Nurse Training Outline(Trial)",and Based on the experience of clinical medicine“Standardization of Resident Training Content and Standards(Trial)”,the basic framework for training programs for rehabilitation degree nursing master degree graduates is tentatively formulated,including training objectives,training methods,training contents and requirements,assessment and evaluation.On the other hand,it is hoped that the convergence of nursing specialty nurse training and rehabilitation specialist nurses' qualifications will be strengthened,and the transition time of nursing master degree graduates to rehabilitation specialist nurses will be shortened.Methods:Using the methods of literature survey,semi-structured interviews,group discussions,and Delphi method,an expert consultation questionnaire for the clinical practice training model of graduates majoring in rehabilitation and nursing degrees was initially developed.Experts from specialist areas of nursing,nursing education,nursing management and rehabilitation are selected to conduct expert enquiries and the results of two rounds of enquiries are calculated using excel and SPSS 19.0.Using the average of the questionnaire's recovery rate and importance assignment is Mj.,Full-scale rate Kj,coefficient of variation Vj Kendall harmony coefficient Kendall's W,etc.to analysis the reliability of the consulting results.Result:1.The results of expert interrogation show that: the positive coefficients of the two rounds of experts are 84.6% and 95.5%;the authoritative coefficients of experts are 0.874 and 0.876;the Kendall's W of the first,second and third grades of training mode respectively are 0.151,0.130,and 0.240.Between 0 and 1,and all levels of indicators were P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Through two rounds of expert consultation,the entries were screened.The final training model for clinical practice graduates in the rehabilitation direction of nursing master degree consists of 4 first-level entries,21 second-level entries,and 151 third-level entries.Conclusion:The preliminarily established clinical practice training model for post-graduate master degree graduates in rehabilitation direction.The internal consistency of each item is good,the level of coordination of experts' enthusiasm and authority coefficient is high,and the research results are reliable.The content of the training mode is more detailed and detailed,and it has strong operability.It can provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of the clinical practice of post-graduate master degree graduates of rehabilitation in our school.While accelerating the development of nursing specialization and cultivating specialists for rehabilitation,it also promoted the convergence of MNS training and new-entry nurse training,shortened the time for personnel training,and saved the cost of education.
