Objective:This study aims to construct the pediatric nursing master's degree graduate clinical practice training model using a variety of research methods,it is constructed based on the core competency theory and pediatric specialist nursing professional needs,learned from the domestic and foreign experience and referred to the domestic "Pediatric Resident standardized training content and standards(Trial)",Infiltrated the content of the Newly-trained Nurse Training Program in conjunction with pediatric specialist nurse training to guide our school pediatric nursing students training,being a reference for other nursing colleges and promoting the coordination of nursing and pediatric specialist nursing education.Methods:(1)To understand the problems and suggestions of our school's nursing master's degree graduate student clinical practice training mode in other areas that is implemented using semi-structured interview during pre-study.Interviews included nursing educators,care managers and pediatric clinical nurses(2)Using literature analysis combined with previous interview results to construct the pediatric direction nursing master's degree graduate clinical practice training mode.(3)to adjust and modify the expert questionnaire's structure formed initially using pre-survey method,finally,the formal questionnaire is formed.(4)The pediatric clinical nursing practice training mode were established eventually by sorting out the questionnaire items after two rounds of Delphi experts' interviews,the statistical data was analyzed and the weight was set by the Excel2016 and IBM SPSS 23.0.Results:(1)Semi-structured interview research findings:The existing problems of our school other area's nursing master's degree graduate clinical practice training mode are:(1)The lack of training for clinical practice instructors has resulted in the lack of understanding of the connotation of the plan and a significant reduction in training effectiveness;(2)Inadequate rotation department and rotation time schedule,too many rotation departments,too short time,frequent rotations lead to the completion of training content,students expressed heavy training burden;(3)The content of the training content and requirements concerning the setting of "the kind of disease to be mastered" and "nursing technology" is not scientific,students say that some diseases are difficult to meet in the department,and some nursing operations are not on the mobile phone due to technical reasons;(4)Assessment is not comprehensive enough.(2)Two rounds of expert opinion of the reliability analysis results:The number of questionnaires sent by two rounds of experts was 30 and 24 respectively,effective recovery rates were 80%,91.67%,a total of 26 experts from both sides made comments and suggestions,it is showed that the experts have a higher enthusiasm for the study;The expert's coefficient of authority is 0.81;The results of the second round of expert interviews indicated that the Kendall's ? of the three-level indicator items were0.274,0.285,and0.232 respectively(P <0.01),it is showed that the experts agree on all levels of entry.(3)The results of two rounds Delphi inquiries:(1)Ultimately determining the orientation of pediatric nursing master's degree graduate clinical practice training mode according to the statistical indicators at all levels of selection criteria,(importance mean value>4.0,total recognition rate>0.50 and coefficient of variation<0.2)and combined of the expert advice and group discussion results,including 4 first-level entries,18 second-level entries and 169third-level entries.(2)The weight was set by proportional distribution method,the final order of t items were as follow:training objectives(0.255)?Develop content andrequirements(0.252)?Training methods(0.249)?Assessment(0.244).Conclusion:(1)The experts selected by this study are high enthusiasm,high degree of authority and good coordination,the research results are reliable;(2)Delivered by two rounds of Delphic experts,the final pediatric orientation nursing master's degree graduate clinical practice training mode is detailed,specific and feasibility,fitted with the reality of our school teaching hospital.
