Research On The Training Mode Of Clinical Practice For Master Of Nursing Specialist And Majoring In Blood Purification Specialist Nursing

Objective:Referring to the standardized training of residents and the new form of training for nurses,the survey of master degree training for nursing majors at home and abroad is based on the theoretical basis of nursing core skills and blood purification specialty nurses' competence.The orientation features the clinical practice model of the Master of Nursing degree,which promotes collaborative teaching and improves the education level of nursing students.Methods:Through the literature research method to review the current research status of domestic and foreign nursing specialties cultivation,the analysis to the connotation and characteristics of competency theory and core competency theory,and initially constituting the basic framework of the clinical practice training model for blood purification directions for nursing students.Relevant nursing educators,nursing managers,blood purification specialist nurses conducted semi-structured interviews,supplemented the content of the training model framework,screened entries to understand the actual clinical situation,and formed an expert letter inquiry paper;conducted two rounds of Delphi experts' correspondence.According to expert opinion to modify,delete,merge,and increase the contents of the items until the opinions of experts are consistent,and establish the specific contents of the training mode.Results:1.The two-wheeled Delphi method has an active coefficient of 80.6% and88.0%.A total of 20 experts put forward proposals with a high degree of positiveness.Expert authority coefficients are respectively 0.9060±0.1085,0.9076±0.1086.2.Finally,a clinical practice training model for nursing students is formed,including 4 first-level items(training objectives,training methods,training contents and requirements),and 15 secondary items(quality,theory,ability;clinical teachers,teaching methods,teaching contents;reference books,practical departments and time;nursing diseases and cases,professional and technical operations and number of cases,teaching,management,scientific research ability training;assessment methods,assessment content).And 188 three levels of entry.Conclusion:In this study,we established a clinical practice model for blood purification of MNS clinical practice,and combined it with the actual situation of our school's base hospital began to implement in our school nursing specialty mastering education,but in the care of students and professional nurse qualification certification convergence,reaching new nurses standardized training requirements also need to be further explored during the empirical research.
