Research On The Training Mode Of Clinical Practice For Master Of Nursing Specialist And Majoring In Diabetes Specialist Nursing

Objective:The purpose of this study is to establish internal medicine(diabetes)MNS clinical practice training mode by various methods,based on the role and function of the diabetes specialist nurses and master of nursing degree(MNS);to provide reference for the future of China's higher education management departments and universities to cultivate MNS,promoting the development of MNS education;to promote the convergence of medicine and education and the development of nursing specialty.Methods:Using the methods of literature research,semi-structured interviews,group discussions,pre survey and other methods to develop a diabetes MNS clinical practice training mode of expert consultation questionnaire;Using expert enquiry method(Delphi method),selected d experts from clinical nursing,nursing education,nursing management,clinical medical field,establish training mode after two rounds consultation.By using Excel 2010 and SPSS 17 for statistical data.Mean and percentage were used to analyze the basic information of experts.The reliability of the consultation results was analyzed by questionnaire recovery rate?importance assignment number(Mj)the full mark rate(Kj)?coefficient of variation(Vj)and Kendall's W.Results:1.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of consulting experts were respectively80% and 92.86%;expert authority coefficients were respectively 0.88 and 0.91;The overall Kendall's W were respectively 0.211 and 0.233(P < 0.01).2.The items were screened through two rounds of expert consultation,including the formation of 4 domains(practical objectives,practice method,practice content and requirement,evaluation),17 level two entries and 200 three entries.Conclusion:The enthusiasm of the experts,the degree of authority and the degree of coordination are high,and the results are reliable.The model is based on the role of diabetes specialist nurses and is suitable for the development of MNS in diabetic patients.From the practical goal,the practice method,the practice content and the request,the examination and evaluation has constructed the suitable diabetes direction MNS training pattern.Refer to the?The new training program for enrolled nurses(for Trial Implementation)?to promote the convergence of MNS training with the new entry nurse training,to save the cost of education and to shorten the training time.
