Objective:1.This study through the questionnaire survey,some colleges and universities in Shanxi Province and 2013 ~ 2015 grade nursing master graduate student and have a job within three years of nursing graduate students to investigate clinical practice ability,understanding of nursing postgraduate clinical practice ability present situation and the demand for senior nursing training courses;2.Through expert consultation Delphi method to construct optimization;senior nursing training courses;3.The application of theory of cognitive structure to senior nursing training courses,and evaluate its effect.Methods:1.By convenient sampling method,the selection volunteered for the research of some colleges and universities in Shanxi Province from 2013 to 2015 grade nursing master graduate student and have a job within three years of nursing master graduate student 155,uses the questionnaire about the status quo of the clinical practice ability and the demand for nursing the necessity and advanced training courses were investigated;2.Through the Delphi method to determine the nursing senior training course teaching plan,teaching content,school assignment),analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted to improve the nursing project importance senior training course content,through expert interview method of the curriculum mode,teaching method and examination form for sure;3.Using cluster sampling method,the student will be the basis of informed consent level 2015 reading nursing master graduate student,grade 2(2016)as the experimental group,the class of 2014 reading nursing master graduate student,grade 2(2015)as the control group.Experimental group on the basis of the theory of cognitive structure to guide advanced practice teaching,the control group with traditional conventional methods teaching(teachers teach,students practice),two groups of students teaching teachers,contents,period of are consistent.Uses the Chinese version of the nursing students' autonomous learning ability evaluation questionnaire,the scale of critical thinking attitude tendency and basic data questionnaire survey analysis,teaching end week using scale effect analysis and evaluation,and distribution of the cognitive structure theory organization teaching effect feedback questionnaire,understanding the cognitive structure theory applied to nursing students advanced training course evaluation.Results:1.A university in shanxi nursing clinical practice ability in the medium level of postgraduate,clinical practice ability score(3.07±0.93),the greater demand for senior nursing training courses,professional degree nursing master graduate student demand for advanced training course is more than academic degree graduate student,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);2.Through expert consultation final senior nursing training courses including specialist care,emergency care skills,basic nursing skills 3 kinds big,unarmed cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),the use of the tracheotomy nursing,intravenous indwelling needle 16 operations such as course content of the project,in the third semester of postgraduate course in the form of a required course,a total of 20 hours.3.The experimental group compared with control group general data analysis,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),comparable.Teaching in the first two groups of students' autonomous learning ability and critical thinking abilitycompared baseline survey,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),two groups of students balance comparable;A week after the completion of this course,the assessment result more advanced training courses,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the experimental group the inspection result is better than the control group.Autonomous learning ability: the ability of autonomic learning experimental dimension(learning motivation,self management ability,cooperation ability,information quality)and total score were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Critical thinking ability comparison:the control group before and after teaching critical thinking ability,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the advanced training course helps to improve the students' critical thinking.Experimental critical thinking ability of each dimension(looking for the truth,open mind,analytical,systematic competence,self-confidence,curiosity,cognitive maturity)and split are higher than the control group,shows that the critical thinking ability was good.Two groups of students' critical thinking ability of each dimension and the total score difference comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),shows that the experimental group increase the critical thinking ability is greater than the control group;Cognitive structure applied in nursing education theory advanced training course teaching effect feedback results: after the teaching,96.6% nursing postgraduate education hope continuation of cognitive structure theory teaching,most of the students think that by using the theory of cognitive structure education organization teaching for learning knowledge and self-awareness has good guidance.Conclusion:1.A university in shanxi nursing clinical practice ability in the general level of postgraduate,senior nursing training courses is necessary;2.The senior nursing training courses to improve students' ability of clinical practice and critical thinking ability;3.Senior nursing training courses based on the theory of the cognitive structure education can cultivate a nursing master graduate student autonomous learning ability,critical thinking ability,help to the teaching effect.
