Objective:The literature research method was used in this study to study the development and current situation of clinical medical education in developed countries,and an analysis was made that the current training mode of "MES,DTI" professional master graduates in China.Taking a university in Hebei as an example,the research method of questionnaire survey is used to study the "MES,DTI" mode of clinical medical degree graduates in China.The current situation of training is investigated and analyzed,the results of the investigation are analyzed,and the existing problems of the current training mode are summarized.Finally,process re-engineering is put forward in view of the existing shortcomings,and finally relevant suggestions are provided for the training mode.Method:The literature of foreign countries was researched,which have earlier development in clinical medicine teaching,and to compare the development and current situation of the training mode of clinical specialty in our country,a questionnaire survey was carried out on graduate students of clinical specialty in three different grades in a University of Hebei,and through the feedback of students on the related questions of the questionnaire,to understands the existing problems and status of the training mode.In view of the existing shortcomings,the process re-engineering was puts forward in this paper,the advanced experience of foreign countries was drawn on,and the reality of our country was combined with to provide relevant suggestions for the training mode.The wjx.cn was used to issue and recycle questionnaires.Result:The literature research method was used to understand the current situation of clinical medical education in foreign countries,it is found that there are strict screening systems in medical education in these countries,which attach great importance to the cultivation of students' clinical practice ability,clinical professional ability and humanistic quality.A questionnaire survey was conducted in four training bases of a university in Hebei Province.A total of 800 questionnaires were sent out and 769 were effectively recovered.The survey results showed that 87.65% of the graduate students thought that it was necessary to carry out regular training,and 83.48% of the graduate students thought that regular training was helpful to themselves.In the aspect of clinical training,91.68% approved clinical rotation and training system of regular training base.48.17% of the graduate students think that most departments lack training because of the limited rotation time of single department,insufficient teaching consciousness of teachers,and the rationality of the rotation syllabus needs to be improved.In terms of skill assessment,84.53% of Postgraduates said that rotating departments would arrange department assessment,but 16.64% of Postgraduates said that departments did not pay enough attention to the assessment work and the assessment results lacked authenticity and objectivity.In addition,63.98% of the graduate students thought that "clinical training is more important than teaching" is a prominent problem in the construction of training base,followed by unequal opportunities to receive standardized training and less opportunities to operate or operate.81.02% of graduate students said that their income during the current training period is too low,and the difference between graduate students' income and regular training students' income is too big to meet the needs of daily life.In addition,the survey also found that 63.72% of graduate students believe that the "FCIO" has more gold content and is more helpful for future employment.Conclusion: "MES,DTI" training mode is an important part of the continuous development of medical and health personnel training and health undertakings construction in China,starting from the actual needs of modern society for clinical medical personnel.However,due to this mode is still in its infancy,there are still some problems in each link,such as the unreasonable establishment of some professional rotation departments,and so on.Insufficient teaching links,imperfect assessment system,and imperfect related policies.There are many factors affecting the quality of training in the whole training mode of "MES,DTI".By drawing on the advanced experience of foreign countries and using the theory of process re-engineering,this paper reorganizes the training process of clinical postgraduates in China,puts forward relevant suggestions to solve the problems,and guarantees the healthy and smooth development of the training mode of clinical specialty in China.
