ObjectiveIn the understanding of clinical professional master's training mode at home and abroad on the basis of practical experience and relevant research theory,to the cultivation of the professional master's quality as the breakthrough point, with Kirkpatrick's four level evaluation method, through the investigation and feedback problem, through investigation and problem feedback, the paper analyzes the training implementation of clinical master degree students, compares and analyzes the training effect of clinical master students. It is found that the advantages and disadvantages of college graduates' participation in standardized training under the combined training mode, and the suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical reference and decision-making basis for the reform of clinical medicine education.MethodThis study takes the standardized training of master's degree in clinical medicine in three training bases of a university in GuangDong as an example, and makes an investigation and analysis of the training situation and effect by using the Kirkpatrick's four level evaluation method. The results are statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.The implementation of the standardized training for master of clinical medicine was investigated with a self-made questionnaire, and the results were used to make a descriptive statistical analysis of the implementation of the training by frequency and percentage. The response layer used the self-made scale to carry out the investigation, and the results were used for descriptive statistical analysis by means of mean value and standard deviation,t-test,F-test and stepwise linear regression were used to analyze the difference of satisfaction and influencing factors among different demographic characteristics. The learning layer made use of the results of the standardized training of resident doctors to evaluate, and the results were analyzed by Chi square test to analyze the differences between the theoretical results and skill scores of master students and Standardized training trainees, and the differences between the theoretical results and skill scores.T test and F test were used to analyze the differences in theory assessment and skill assessment results of professional master students of different genders and ages. The behavior layer uses self-assessment scale to investigate and interview with teachers. The results use average and standard deviation to describe the first level indicators and self-assessment scores of each item of the graduates.T-test and radar chart are used to describe the differences between the scores of master students and Standardized training trainees in the first level indicators.T-test and F-test are used to analyze the differences between the scores of different demographic characteristics and training situations. The results layer used self-designed questionnaire to investigate. The results used percentage to describe the examination of professional doctors, whether the combined training is helpful to the work, whether the theory and skills can be applied to the work, and the complaint rate of patients.ResultThere were 909 valid questionnaires, among which 436 were master students and 473 were Standardized training trainees.Response layer:The overall satisfaction of professional master students is not high, which is 3.31 points. The dimension with the highest degree of satisfaction is teachers' qualification and training content, and the dimension with the lowest degree of satisfaction is pay and guarantee, management and assessment. The pressure during the training has the greatest impact on the overall satisfaction, showing a negative relationship.Learning layer:The passing rate of clinical skills of Standardized training trainees is higher than that of professional master students, and the difference is statistically significant. The passing rate of theoretical examination of professional master students is higher than that of Standardized training trainees, and the difference is not statistically significant.Behavior layer:The overall average score of self-assessment of graduates is 3.77,the highest level of indicators is Professionalism,Patient Care, and the lowest indicators is Teaching.Compared with the standardized trainees, the self-assessment scores are not balanced. The scores of different training pressure, age, interactive teaching and scientific research participation in some first-class indicators are statistically significant. Results layer:Among the investigated graduates, the complaint rate is 5.28%,only 5.73%of the students said they could not or seldom apply theories and skills to their work,58.94%of the students thought that the combination training was helpful to their work.ConclusionOn the whole, the effect of standardized training for master degree students is acceptable. The overall satisfaction is not high, but the training not only improves the knowledge and skills, but also the most obvious improvement in the professional quality, patient care and other comprehensive abilities.Compared with the standardized training for residents, there is still a lot of room for improvement. It is found that there are some problems in the study, such as the quality of clinical training needs to be improved, the psychological pressure of graduates is great, the mechanism of clinical assessment is not perfect, the teaching ability is relatively weak, and insufficient investment. Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the training of clinical skills and enrich the teaching methods;make scientific rotation plans and strengthen the professionalism;strengthen supervision and management and improve the assessment system;clear objectives and attach importance to the cultivation of teaching ability;improve increase investment and optimize the reward and assistance system;pay attention to mental health and relieve the pressure of students;learn self-management and improve the ability of independent learning.
