Education of clinical professional degree graduate has developedmany years, problems still exist. Higher medical education can not be inline with international. We lack of awareness of difference betweenacademic degree and professional degree. We lack of objective clinicalcompetence evaluation index system. Relevant existing system is notconducive to the cultivation of clinical professional graduate degree.Clinical professional degree education reform and innovation is imminent.In this study, against the current clinical professional degree educationproblems, combined with the survey results about the status of clinicalprofessional degree education of American and European countries, to findthe main factors affecting the quality of training our clinical professionaldegree graduate. Construct five quality assurance systems of clinicalprofessional degree education and clinical professional degree andresidency standardized training "track one" graduate training mode. Finallytrack the effectiveness of training mode through the practice.Through the study of training mode of clinical professional degreegraduate, it promotes the improvement and development of China’s higher medical’s education system, changing the traditional concept of medicaleducation, creating the new education model of clinical professionaldegree graduate, promoting the systems to reform.
