Research On Optimization Of Performance Evaluation System Of Z Group Financial Shared Service Center Based On BSC

Under the background of the information era,in order to adapt to the development of the era,the financial sharing service center came into being.The establishment of the financial sharing service center not only reasonably standardized the financial system of the enterprise,but also highly concentrated the financial division of labor mode.Its application is adapted to the enterprise’s system,so that the company’s industry and wealth can be fully integrated,not only controlling the risks in the enterprise process,but also protecting the enterprise’s goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.As the leader of the real estate industry,Group Z has already entered the initial stage of the business of the financial sharing service center model,and it has also built a corresponding standardized process framework,which is really laying a solid foundation for the standardization,clarity and efficiency reduction of the enterprise’s financial work process.After implementing the financial sharing service center,Group A has been pursuing a more compliant and perfect business model.Due to the growing development of the Group,the current financial sharing center model has gradually been unable to support the development of corporate financial work.In order to respond to the development of the Group and improve the current difficulties,this paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to dynamically evaluate the financial sharing service center of Group Z,in order to find out the existing problems and then make reasonable analysis and propose optimization plans,It is expected to help the financial sharing service center of Z Group break through the existing bottleneck and provide assistance within its capabilities for the future development of the enterprise.This paper selects the performance evaluation system of the Z Group Financial Sharing Service Center as the research object,follows the thinking path of "finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",and then conducts a comprehensive and in-depth study of the performance evaluation system of the Z Group Financial Sharing Service Center.First,collect data,read and sort out relevant domestic and foreign documents,understand the concepts related to the financial sharing center model and performance evaluation,and lay a solid foundation for further theoretical research;Secondly,I analyzed the current situation of the financial sharing service center of Z Group and its performance evaluation status.After entering the financial sharing service center of Z Group for practice,I found the problems in the current performance evaluation system of the group.In order to strengthen the effectiveness of the demonstration,I conducted a targeted questionnaire survey;Thirdly,I choose the balanced scorecard as the analysis tool,choose the indicators that meet the performance evaluation characteristics of the financial sharing service center of Z Group,build the performance evaluation model,and finally get the performance evaluation results by introducing the analytic hierarchy process and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Finally,put forward reasonable improvement suggestions for the problems found,so that the established performance evaluation system can operate efficiently.After a series of studies,this paper hopes to offer suggestions and suggestions for the long-term development of the financial sharing service center of Z Group,ensure that the financial sharing service center can better serve the strategic objectives of the Group,and also hope to play a corresponding reference role for the development of the financial sharing service center model of the same type of enterprises.
