In order to promote the strategic development of enterprise groups and achieve the goal of maximizing the value of enterprises,we must seek reforms in the management system,and constantly explore and study how to implement scientific management and rapid development and effective methods.In the “Internet+” era,economic development has entered a fast track,and information technology has been continuously innovative.Under the new situation and new environment,enterprise groups urgently need to establish a scientific and comprehensive performance evaluation system for each department,level,and The performance of the employees' performance is evaluated effectively and accurately to meet the management needs of the rapid development of the company.In this context,in order to maintain and improve its own industry competitive advantage,to seize the highest point of business expansion,achieve the strategic development goals and value of the enterprise group,ZY Oilfield financial sharing center actively explore more scientific,complete,systematic performance evaluation system.Based on relevant theoretical basis,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the current performance evaluation of the ZY oilfield financial sharing center,finds the problems in the process of performance evaluation,and elaborates the necessity of using BSC performance evaluation.The key point is that the construction of the financial sharing center BSC performance evaluation system is based on the analysis of the strategic objectives of the financial sharing center,and a strategic map is designed.The four dimensions of indicators for performance evaluation are used.The weight of each index is determined and analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process.Designed a financial sharing center BSC performance evaluation system.To implement this system,we must do a good job of preparatory,operational,improvement phases,and supporting measures for specific implementation.This paper puts forward the ideas,methods and suggestions for implementing the BSC performance evaluation system in the enterprise group financial sharing service center,and initially designs the BSC performance evaluation system.
