| Research on how to make the financial sharing center operate better has become an important topic in the study of corporate finance.China Life established a financial sharing center with its own characteristics as early as2012,which not only reduces financial costs,but also enables better operation of the company.However,even if it has been developed so far,there are more or less problems in its financial sharing center,which makes it unable to meet the needs of enterprise development well.The incomplete performance evaluation system is one of the most important problems.In this thesis,after the author has conducted a detailed study of China Life’s financial sharing center through relevant literature,based on the theory of financial sharing and performance evaluation,it deeply analyzes the existing problems of the performance evaluation system of China Life’s financial sharing center.For example: the evaluation indicators are not comprehensive enough,the indicators and strategic links are not enough,the feedback system is not perfect,and so on.In order for the financial sharing center to operate better,the author uses the SWOT method to determine the strategic goals of the financial sharing center,and then uses the balanced scorecard as a framework to screen out 16 indicators from four dimensions according to the characteristics of the industry and the company itself,which can be comprehensive Evaluate the performance of the financial sharing center.Then,the weight value of each index is determined by the AHP,which makes the performance evaluation system more complete.According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the improved performance evaluation system is used to analyze the performance evaluation results of the sharing center to be good.Finally,based on the new performance evaluation system,suggestions for improving the performance of the financial sharing center and measures to improve the performance evaluation system are put forward.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it will bring inspiration to China Life Insurance and similar enterprises,and design a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for the financial sharing center. |
