In the Internet industry,most of the new generation of knowledge workers,although the salary is at a high level,but the "overtime culture","the elimination of the last" and the wave of layoffs in recent years,resulting in more and more work pressure of employees,not only affects the balance of work and life,health problems are also increasing year by year.The BJ Park of A Company also has these problems,but the company is very short of stress management services,and the participation rate of existing services is low,so it is urgent to build an effective stress management service system to help employees cope with stress scientifically and improve their personal happiness.Based on this,this study takes BJ Park of A Company as the research object.After combing the relevant theories of work stress and scale,stress management countermeasures and EAP,it understands the stress and stress management status of employees in the park through interviews and questionnaires,and makes a statistical analysis of the survey results through grounded theories and statistical methods.It provides the basis for the content and form of the park pressure management service.Research data show that employees in the park have a greater perception of pressure,especially pressure from performance indicators and performance appraisal,and other pressures such as role conflict,organizational structure and atmosphere can not be ignored.After data processing,the stressors of 27 minor items involved in the questionnaire were divided into two dimensions according to their challenging and obstructive characteristics,and quadrant analysis was conducted.It was found that 10 minor items should be paid special attention to as obstructive stressors,while 4 minor items were seriously above the mean value,which may bring negative effects.Employees themselves have a relatively simple way of managing stress,but 79% of employees said they would be willing to try stress management services if they were provided in the park,and their demands on the content and form of services are relatively concentrated.In view of this,this study establishes a service system for work stress management in the park by referring to the construction strategy of EAP,and provides professional stress management services to employees by combining online and offline under the operation mode of "prevention-identification-intervention" under the guarantee of finance,personnel team and relevant norms.This study puts forward A clearly focused and highly targeted work stress management service system for BJ Park of A company,which promotes the innovation and progress of employee stress management in the park,and also provides a certain reference for the practice of peers on employee stress management services.
