With the rapid development of economy and the arrival of information age,the c ompetition between the companies breaks the regional restrictions,leading to more fie rce competition,which has affected people's phisical and mental behavior.imprope r handing pressure not onlyon the individuals have some damage,but also wou Id have a negative impact on business development and organizational performa nce.Therefore,stress management is a hot issue of human resource concerns.IT industry is a competition extensive industry,it requires cutting-edge and frequently updated technology.Especially in recent years,a variety of business innovation is coming out,so that the IT industry employees are facing tremendous work pressure.For these young IT companies,the majority of their members are as young as 80,90 generations,they began to enter at this time would reawaken people in accelerating the process of economic globalization,increasingly complex business environment,political and cultural fields in a fiercely competitive environment,is playing an increasingly important role,become a new era of major human resources in the new century.As a subject for a new era of social competition,the new generation employees carries an enormous amount of pressure from work,learning,life,and so on.They bring vigor,enthusiasm and innovation to their companies,at the same time,due to their feature,they also bring challenges to companies on stress management.On the basis of the questionnaires and depth interviews on new generation emplo yees in Hefei,the basic information of the new generation employees,working pressu re,pressure source and corresponding strategies dealing with the pressure are analyze d by SPSS.Therefore,the problems in companies' pressure management can be found.What' more,measures and suggestions on how to strengthen the new generation em ployees' stress management will be put forward from both company and individual as pects.The five parts of the thesis are as follows:Chapter one is introduction,which contains research backgrounds,research purp oses,research significance,research status at home and abroad,and possible innovatio ns.Chapter two is theoretical basis.It mainly defines and distinguishes several cone epts like new generation employees,pressure source and pressure management.Besid es,it sorts out many relative researchs both at home and abroad.Chapter three is mainly about surveys and analysis on new generation employees working pressure in Hefei.The analysis is based on depth interviews and data from q uestionnaires.Chapter four discusses the solutions on new generation employee' pressure mana gement.In the term of companies and individuals,suggestions for IT companies in He fei will be proposed.The last chapter ends up with conclusions and prospects.The thesis discusses the conclusions of this research and the outlook for the future research direction.
