With the development of economy,the competition between companies at home and abroad is intense,it was usually said that the talent is the core of the company's competition,which making employees bear so much working pressure.They regularly feel the improvement of degree-of-difficulty factor and the acceleration of working pace.In the current society,the study of working pressure draws more and more attention.The study of working pressure began so long ago.This subject involves a wide range of knowledge,including Management,Psychology,Sociology and so on.University graduates are now going through the period of transition and confusion,this bear increasingly prominent working pressure,which not only harm their physical and mental health,but also have negative effect on corporation management performance.The rapid development of H company owe to the support of research and development.Every year,there are so many university graduates hired by research and development department,as while there are so many employees who get less than three year experience quit the job.Through the preliminary observation and research can be found,the new employees get more or less working pressure which caused by objective environment and subjective consciousness.In order to research the working pressure of the university graduates deeply,the paper references the theory of work pressure and cognitive psychology,on this basis,the paper formulates a questionnaire about working pressure.The questionnaire analysis the stress which university graduates will face and their behavior under pressure.Through the research we found the level of working pressure which came from university graduates in H company's research and development department is very high.The main pressure source are too much work to do,the difficulty of promotion,and too difficult to communicate with superior.This paper conclude some coping strategies which can help regulate the controlled stress,including employee assistance program,personal occupation career planning,targeted performance management and so on.The meaning of this paper is helping enterprises finding the main source of the university graduates' pressure,making them to pay more attention on it,enhancing the management of the pressure,to keep university graduates physical and mental health,improve job satisfaction,enhance efficiency,promote organizational goals to complete,achieve a win-win situation.
