In this paper, stress management and psychology, organizational behavior, business management, human resources, sociology and other theories are used to analyse and compare the current level of stress management and development trend of the well-known enterprises at home and abroad;and to investgate about the status quo of pressure intensity and management about the staff in Chinese coal enterprises;meanwhile,their personality tendencies and traits, coping attitude and approach when facing various pressures are summarized and put forward.And in the end make a systematic summary of the general path to improve the health of employees, to implement human management, to control pressure reasonably, and to promote sustained, stable and healthy development of the Chinese coal enterprises.In this process,this paper put forward some suggestions targeted on the tendentious issues existing in the process of implementing of stress management.In this thesis,there are analysises of the relationship between the pressure and the employee's health of the Chinese coal enterprise, between the pressure and personality characteristics and coping style, and also between the pressure and enterprise performance and so on.All of these works make an practical significance to improve the enterprise management and performance levels,to make itself suitable for the market competition environment under the economic globalization and the times full of pressures,at the same time to response to the pressures incresing and enlarging more and more.
