| In recent years, with the speeding up of economic development and the changing of business environment, people are face mounting pressure. This not only affects the employee’s life and work, but also affects the economic benefits of enterprises. There is a large number of employee in our country, because of inferiority in educational background, income and other aspects, they are under more and more pressure. Therefore, the research of the working pressure is beneficial to the physical and mental health of employee and reducing of economic pressure in enterprises.Solving the problem of employee’pressure demands not only the growth of mental healthy knowledge, but also the good management of enterprises to employee’s pressure, such as the implementation of EAR Employee’s pressure should follow the concise, measurable principle, enterprises not only care about workplace issues and employee’s mental health problems, but also to help solve the family problem. On the basis of adhering to the "people-oriented" management philosophy, in the way of mobilizing the enthusiasm of the cadres and workers to provide a series of protection in system, funds and enterprises culture to the implement of EARIn the background of above-mentioned, this article has the concept of working pressure defined and has the pressure constitute model and EAP theory analyzed. Taking G company for instance, this article has analysed the present situation of working pressure and the affection of working pressure. In the way of questionnaire, this article has researched the feasibility of company’s EAP project. According to the actual situation of company and the result of EAP questionnaire, this article has planned the scheme of relieving working pressure, and proposed precautions of the EAP’s implement.By researching the management of G company working pressure, this article provide a reference to management and promotion of working pressure in enterprise,especially in manufacturing enterprises. |
