| Marketing personnel,as the pioneers of enterprise development to open up new territories,influence the market competitiveness and popularity of the company.As the knowledge of modern enterprise management continues to deepen in the practical world,more and more domestic enterprises expect to improve the comprehensive quality of marketing personnel through an efficient and reasonable performance appraisal system,but there are still various problems in the design and implementation,which in turn affect the realization of the enterprise’s strategic goals.YN Salt is the most competitive state-owned enterprise in the region.In recent years,the existing performance appraisal system for marketing personnel is no longer applicable as the company has been driving and leading new demands with independent innovation and high-quality development in the context of salt reform.Companies wanting to seize the opportunity and ride the wave in the new situation need to introduce new assessment concepts to re-optimize the assessment system and improve management efficiency.In this paper,on the basis of relevant domestic and foreign research,the marketing staff of YN Salt Industry Company is taken as the research object,and the problems in the performance appraisal system are analyzed in depth by using theory and questionnaire analysis,specifically including: single assessment subject for marketing staff at all levels,unreasonable design of assessment index content,unscientific design of assessment index weights,and poor feedback and communication of assessment results.In response to these problems,the appraisal system is re-optimized based on the KPI method,MBO method and 360-degree appraisal method as follows: develop the target setting and decomposition process,optimize the appraisal index system,increase multi-dimensional appraisal subjects,adopt scientific methods to assign weights to the indexes,develop communication and appeal mechanisms for appraisal results,and diversify the application of appraisal results.Meanwhile,in order to promote the smooth implementation of the new performance appraisal system,corresponding measures are proposed around three aspects: system guarantee,organization guarantee and personnel guarantee.The research in this paper,on the one hand,provides YN Salt with the opportunity to improve the performance appraisal satisfaction and work motivation of marketing personnel,cultivate an excellent marketing team to consolidate its market position in this industry,respond to the new situation and requirements of the deepening salt reform,and promote the rapid achievement of high-quality development goals.On the other hand,it provides useful reference for other enterprises to improve the management of marketing personnel. |
